good morning everybody, I have have a questions about the nvc process, as i am preparing already for the nvc stage of the process. my question is, Is the DS-260 and DS-261 is the forms to be filled is the latest? or is it changed? and the affidavit of support form is still the I-864? and if there is still another form to filled out aside from those forms?? thank you so much in advance.

Well thank you for your comment. There is nothing wrong in HELPING a friend. And i will ask a questions here in VJ even if its the dumbest and the simplest questions you could ever see or hear, because I WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERTYTHING IS RIGHT AND CORRECT. That is why i asked because i READ it carefully and i was not sure. I rather ask just to make sure of things,. Thanks tho

I sent mine in california and there is delays in csc, so i havent recieve any noa1 yet, bit not worried about it tho,and just don't worry too much, everything will be okay, lets just all pray that csc will start releasing noa soon

You can call nvc now if you want to, just to confirm if they recieve your case. Once they received it, give it a time until 3 weeks for the case # to be given to you. But you can call everyday or every other day to ask for case number

You will get your NOA2 via mail soon.
Once you get your NOA2,wait for 1 week then you can call NVC and ask if they receive your case.
And for NVC stage it will just take 6 weeks fr0m the time you will submit your another set of package.
