Do they post a letter with interview date online?
-
-
Hi, I just received notification saying that my interview was scheduled. Is there a way to obtain the date online or by calling uscis?? Do I have to wait for the letter??
thanks
-
Any progress on LIN cases?
My case is ready to schedule interview since 3/20, my extension letter will expire in 2 weeks and according to uscis website they are still under normal processing times...
Did you guys decide to apply for citizenship?

I’m still waiting!! Stuck in interview is ready to be scheduled

Update: On March 11 Online status changed to “ready to schedule interview”.
Do you guys know if interviews have been put on hold due to the coronavirus situation? Are they still working as usual???
thanks!

That was the same day we filed last year and received GC February 12 which was only 10 days ago from LIN.
My status was stuck on the Biometrics message too and never changed to the "card being produced" message that most people received, so I was also a bit concerned while I waited.
Perhaps it might happen the same way for you, hang in there.
My application was actually received on 2/12... I guess I will keep waiting. Thanks for your kind words!

Lin filled here. Application was sent on 2/21/2019 and no updates since Fingerprints received in September:(

Hi, My case is assigned to Nebraska service center and I have extension letter, nothing after that. My case starts with LIN as well. Current status show as your case has been received and no further action is required. No biometric either?
My case is LIN too, almost 5 months since our case was received and we have not received appt for bio nor interview...

There is absolutely nothing to worry about. This is how USCIS works. Especially with a slower location like Nebraska (LIN). If you look at the time frames, you will see it is 16 to 24 months. You are at 3 months /100 days more or less just like the rest of us. The fastest location seems to be Potamic at 16 months or so but USCIS decides our processing offices.
Don't be stressed, I know it's easy to worry, but at this stage of ROC you have a good idea of how the system works already. We all get that online message as well.
Trust the aplication you submitted. The majority doesn't even get RFEs. We are in it together!
PS. PLEASE update your timeline so we can see where we are all at. 😁
My case is LIN too... almost 5 months since our case was received and no updates on bio nor interview yet.

Hi guys, just updating... I mailed my documents on 02/05, arrived by usps on 02/07 and today I received a text message from USCIS: USCIS: Your case was received. Receipt # Xxxx Official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) to follow in mail.
Is the receipt notice the extension letter?
Thanks!!

Hi guys! Where can I find my uscis account number? I created an account when I sent my application for AOS... can’t find the number anywhere. Is this necessary? Can I leave the space blank?
Thanks

Does the statement of the phone bill show your number that means you both on a joint plan that mean something. I sent our phone bills I have family plan with my wife and in laws and it in my father in law name but each bill shows our numbers so that good I think
Hi! Yes, the bills show my phone number but not my name, so I guess we have a family plan as well. Thank you!

I understand your frustrations and trust me we are all frustrated. It is like our lives are on hold because of them. Make an e-request, talk to Tier 2 and pray is all I can say tbh...
OMG!! I'm starting to get nervous about this process! My green card will expire on April 21st and I just accepted a new full time job as RN! I'm afraid I won't get the extension letter before my GC expires 😨 I send positive vibes to all of you!!!
