    what  I advice you is if it is safe for you stay there until you settle your process. I know it will need much of your patience but be patient if not you will learn the hard way of waiting my dear. your husband is right stay there again if it is a safe environment for you and wait for your paper. Be patient don't try to fight with him since everything is depend on him. hung there until you get it.
