I received my biometrics letter last week and my appointment is on May 5th 

Yes, I did! But my NOA 'got lost' in the mail and after I called & spoke to a tier 2 agent, I received my NOA from WAC in the mail. Still haven't received my biometrics letter though 

For the EAD and we should get a reply at the same date as you. The last time I did an SR (by phone) I got a response after a week, they told me it usually takes 2 weeks and if you havent heard anything after 2 weeks you can give them a call.

Today I called uscis again and the guy on the phone could not check my status online so he transferred me to a tier 2 agent and the only thing this lady could tell me is that they received my biometrics and that I have to wait until the end of September ? She was very unfriendly.. So I will call again next week, when I'm at day 76 since filing...

Sorry I already know the answer I just found out that the military base is providing a service for spouses and we can come in today to do the biometrics at their relocation office

Finally received my biometric appointment yesterday, it's scheduled for the 18th of this month but we try to go on the 8th when my husband has a day off..

Called the USCIS again this morning because I still haven't received the Biometrics appointment letter ( I received my NOA1 on July 2nd) and they are sending out a service request to see what's going on within 2 weeks I should hear something from them..
