At this rate if everything goes well by Christmas everyone will have their NOA2 as one of the overly awaited christmas present! as for evidence I submitted 6 photos, flight itinerary's and a one page paper of our intentions.

I hope you both signed a letter of intent to marry.

They where giving speedy responses at the beginning of November they received my packet on Nov 2, received notification on Nov 5.

Ive heard of some cases where you arent allowed in the Kingston Embassy

Ugh, I just realised we didn't have my wet signature on papers, just scanned/computer one. Anyone knowing how bad is it in case of RFE? If I'm going to be there in a week and we are requested to re-send my documents it won't be much of a hitch.

That could definitely be a problem.. Wet signatures are very important..

I have read some cases where people scan documents but made sure it was done in blue ink. Some are lucky some not so lucky.

Wet signature is always best.

I was prepared for a long wait, but at this rate all should be settled by the end of the year (I've jinxed it now haven't I)

Hello there, I've come across some horror stories on here and so I figured I'd share mine as a glimmer of hope (unless of course I'm misinterpreting this whole process) - Filed i129f on 14-Oct-2015 at the CA service centre, received NOA1 dared 20-Oct-2015, and NOA2 dated 12-Nov-2015 - that's a brilliant turn around and no where near the estimated 5 month period. Will keep you informed of the next few steps, good luck to all!

We received the NOA1 on the 13th of October, but still nothing!

My fiancé didn't want to include conversations of any sort though, just pictures with our respective families; boarding passes, itineraries, a couple of bookings, compared billings of our usage of the credit card in the same places. I'm getting kind of worried we're going to get an RFE.

Im here also planning a surprise for my fiance's birthday which is the 28th. We also booked an all inclusive resort here in Jamaica for 7 days... Yayyyyy I've never had 7 whole days with my fiance. Its always 4 days his job is super demanding... So im looking forward to this 7 days and hope we will have a noa, 2 by time he gets here

I mailed it on November 6 Friday it was delivered on monday the 9. I did send it with with email/text notification. Never got any notification

They celebrated Veterans Day im not sure this has anything to do with it but be patient

If not its normally a 7-10 days waiting for hardcopy by mail

Petitions aren't normally approved in a synchronized order which sucks but it can happen . maybe we all can have such good fortune it can happen

I set my mind on receiving my noa2 in December so i dont want to get my hopes up and start refreshing uscis website every minute

I also got my noa1 on November 4th...
