I mailed the package this past Friday. Hopefully it gets delivered today as scheduled.

How long did it take for you guys to receive electronic notification after package being delivered?

Dont include weekends for delivery.

Its so confusing Khendie as i really dont know where they are at approving cases.

I see people complaining about having early october noa2 and someone with a October 20 noa1 with no approval yet... So its hard to follow up

Hello!!! Well most of the cases were sent to CSC because they work way faster plus it depends on your state. Regarding NOA2 It depends on how many cases they have but if everything goes well it should be 1 or 2 months. Just take it easy if you believe in it luck is on your side. And congrats first step done.

CSC are the only ones accepting petitions since March Texas has a backlong. I don't know if the situation has changed

The first thing we will all do is assume that we are beinv processed by TSC and alot of us dont genrally know the advanced information without reading. But its really sad if they got sent to Texas

Happy Layton that's not true. Check the time lines of the most recent people that joined this forum. I can name 2 of them.

My timeline was saying Texas too.

As all Petitions get mailed to the Texas Locbox.

But upon receiving your NOA1 you will see that your petition will be routed to California which i also learned is not a transfer!

Go check the October group check their timelines i read way back and based on reading no one has been processed by Texas... Which is super awesome

TSC arent accepting any new petitions its been that way since March. Texas has serious back log and they are only dealing cases they already have so petitions get processed at CSC

Its a good idea but it doesn't matter with the correct address it gets to its destination

I followed the guides here... And it said it was needed and to submit a new one for the interview... It wouldn't hurt right?? My fiance is an attorney and we held off filing until his accountant was back from vacation and gave him his recent tax needed not needed guess it wouldn't hurt

Go take the time out to read the guide or use the search bar ask if its needed see if your search will give you results.

According to what I've read and seen thus far, it's not required until the beneficiary's interview or unless asked for before then. I may have been misinformed though. I sure hope not. I spent hours upon hours assembling everything.

On the K1 visa guide here it says it was needed to prove the Petitioner has adequate support for the beneficiary... Your taxes etc.

I dont want to misinform anyone but i simply followed the guidelines here. Maybe its needed maybe its not hopefully someone else can give you better advice

New to all this but even so I'll add a post anyway. I just mailed out my i-129f today! I also mailed out an exact copy to my fiance. I was wondering if I should start preparing for anything else. Like should I start collecting things like an affidavit of support and letter from my work, etc? I always like to be ahead of the game that way when the NOA's eventually do go though I'm ready. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks folks!

I just received confirmation by text and email and our petition is going to California. It is amazing to me how much joy you can have just by seeing a text message or email. I now feel like the process has actually started. Good call EricandOrn.

I just filed on Nov 12th and received my noa1 today Nov 18th. My case will be sent to California to be processed. So glad to receive this news today.
