  1. I'm just about ready to schedule her interview. I want send her the money to pay for her visa application fee and get her receipt. I can't remember the correct order for the steps. Do we fill out the application first, and then she goes and pays the fee? Does she only need to receipt to schedule the interview but not to fill out the application? I think they are independent of each other right? So I can begin to fill out her application without the fee payment receipt and then as soon as she has the money she can go and pay the fee? I do know the link to get the visa fee slip. She will have to have it printed off somewhere.

I dont know about your embassy but i know you fill the application first here in Jamaica

  2. The vast majority of November filers are still here and might be until the end of the year :clock:

There have been more than a few yourself included who have moved on to stage 3.

It's all good. Plenty to keep us busy as holidays are near.

I'll have to go check your timeline to see where you are at now. How much longer till NVC sends your file off?

Ok I just checked and it says no record that NVC received it yet. How long do you expect?

Hi Tyler thanks for checking in.

I will be calling NVC on Monday

  3. HappyLayton even though you have your NOA 2 thanks for hanging out here with us still and giving your support.

of course I'm still rooting for everyone. We stick together :).

It sucks though the wait. I see some members from October complaining about no Noa2 . sigh patience is the key

I'm waiting for this type of notice:

On December 11th, 2015, we moved your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxx to the local dumpster for pick up.

Your approval is around the corner ! Dont give up. Its all a waiting process

  4. Sandlinlove it looks like Texas is processing your case. If that's the case it might take a lot longer for you to get an noa2 Because Texas takes a lot longer than the others.

Did your receipt number begin with WAC?

  5. Hello Vj'ers firstly let me say its awesome being a member of such a great forum and speedy approvals to all.

This is my situation My fiance and I are new to this whole process. We recently filed a k1 petition and we where approved! Yayyy.

But this is where the confusion steps in. At my interview I am required to bring my fiancé taxs transcripts and a new affidavit.

But being that we didn't know so much about this process we already submitted the tax transcripts with the initial petition.

Am I still requited to bring this along??
