Hello Everyone, I am crying now.. We are APPROVED!! God is so Good. I am really Happy and can't help it but to cry. Thanks to our almighty God. I am not going to sleep now, me and my fiance are on facetime.

Possible stupid question...

When filling out your VJ timeline which date do you use as your NOA1 date? The received date, notice date, or date you got your NOA1 in the mail, or the E notice? Lol so many options

We mailed our I-129F on 21 October 2015, and we received by email and text our NOA1 today which is on its way to California Service Centre. Can't tell you how relieved we are :-)

Seriously how do you pass the time... My packet was sent yesterday and already I'm checking for the noa1 haha

Hey everyone i have decided to start a thread for all late October filers that would roll over into November and new filers who will join us along the way. Keeping us all connected makes the process easier knowing we are all in this together

Just to clarify... all petitioners send their petitions to Texas Lockbox and only from there the petitions are either sent to CSC and VSC or stay in TSC. This is not the same as a transfer

I've noticed you put TSC as your filing location. In fact you do not yet have a filing location assigned before you receive your NOA1.
