Still nothing on my end about the EAD/AP, I think I'll just have a longer talk with the wife tonight and let her know we need to do the SR and find out what is happening....feeling worried.

We're on day 75 and I keep telling myself to just wait a bit longer. The past few days, I will admit, have been driving me a bit batty. I've stalked the email for a few days now and nada. I think it's only bothering me because of the health insurance thing. Maybe I'll call after the gym this morning. Maybe might put it at the back of the list of people that need calling just to give it a little more time. Pinbak your wife has the patience of a Saint!

Today marks my 68th day for EAD/AP and 63rd day for AOS... Even though I sent together they got assigned different receipt day... Patiently waiting. Last time my case was touch was 12 days after fingerprints. I check cases in the tracker and many around my case number got Requests for intial evidence and mine still says it has received. We have been patiently waiting and getting excited to hear good news from others... Just wanted to vent!

Ours hasn't been touched since June 1 when it was received...still waiting patiently. I want to do a service request but the wife doesn't and since it's her EAD/AP I will abide by her wishes. She said we will wait until next Monday which should be around the 90 day mark. Just hoping something happens this week, hehe!

Received text and e-mails to notify us that my wife's employment authorization and travel documents have been approved and card has been ordered. YAY!!!!!!!! It took 78 days so they are on target (at least for us). Our file was received on June 6, 2016. We hope to receive the card before the end of August. It is such a relief to know my wife can now work. We had no RFE's or anything thus far. I-485 still shows "Fingerprint Fee Received" but hopefully there will be some change in that too.

Congrats!! I am starting to worry here, I was received on June 1 and see others after that date getting accepted. I guess I should say We are anxious hehe

Just got a text update for I-485, saying "card is being produced", this sounds too good to be true... Anyone got the same thing? No interview, nothing, straight to green card?? I'm surprised hope it's not a mistake.

Another June filer got this update also, she called and they said yes she is getting her green card!! WOW grats!

Did you call to ask for a SR?

Not yet, the wife and I just decided to wait it out and not cause further issues calling them and having someone over there do something goofy with our cases, the less they touch it the less they have a chance to mess it up, if push comes to shove and we do not get it within the 90 day time frame, then we will do a SR...but until then, we are hoping to get it earlier.

I was looking at Case tracker for case number 200 before mine and I noticed that they are approving I765 for case received on June 6th...but there are still several case received on May 24th with no approval .....that means that they are not going in chronological order.....

I am on day 74.....waiting is terrible.....tomorrow I am going to call and ask for a SR.

Yea, I noticed that this past Friday when they did some on June 3rd and I am on June 1st - they are skipping all over the place. At first I thought it might be an even odd thing or skip one do the next but no pattern fits...lol!

My AP and EAD changed to "Case was approved" this afternoon, after an update earlier in the day that my "Name was updated" and a response to my "Approaching Regulatory Timeframe" service request.

That was some rather welcome news. I hope that the rest of us gets good news and progress (we are off to enjoy the wonders of Oregon this weekend! For those living in Oregon, it already looks so pretty and thank you for having us!).

But it depends on where you live, I did mine and went through all the steps then it tells me that service is not available in my area. :/

Will it work even without the tracking number?

Yes, it's the myusps dashboard once you sign up for the account, sign in, then click myusps and hit the sign up for that too and validate your address, it'll show on that dashboard when you get like priority mail not normal mail.

It does work, I had a package on there from ebay and I never input any tracking number.

Checking the case tracker, I see a few cases above Janice's that are approved for EAD/AP then a few below are getting approved. It's getting close!! Getting so anxious for Janice to get her EAD/AP...hehe!!

So i got an update regarding my EAD. It says that the card was mailed to me today. Anyone knows how to track it with the USPS? I didn't get any tracking numbers. Thanks!

goto usps.com and sign up for an account then goto the myusps dashboard and click to sign up for that, do some validations and then when you get a package sent to your address it'll show up under that myusps dashboard.

I've been one of the lucky ones able to get health insurance without AOS/SSN etc but I've been told I have til the 11th September to provide them a SSN or they'll stop my insurance. Do you think it might be grounds for calling up soonish about EAD?

I'm not 100% sure about the grounds, but wouldn't hurt to try!

Sept 1 is just two weeks away!!

I got lucky with Janice and adding her to my insurance. She was K1 visa and we got her SSN 5 days after she was here, then two weeks later did a court house wedding and I added her to my health insurance that day. She is from the Philippines and had to do that sputum test and I knew within weeks of her arrival we would have to take her to the health department to be cleared again from all of that and it's not free!!

Well, i checked my case yesterday and today and still the last update is on the 25th so they might actually have done something to your case. Hopefully good thing

I am hoping it's something good too!! =) maybe it updates if they have some sort of check out system in place. Like if they need to look at a file they need to select that they have it checked out so others don't mess with it at the same time. The notice up top didn't change, still finger print fee received and the others show received messages. Maybe the agent is still fooling with it!

My cases started showing up yesterday, had an update date of 07/26/2016, I check it today and shows a new update date of today 07/27/2016...does this mean they looked at it or just the fact, I looked at it today?

I guess I can check again tomorrow to find out lol!!

As of 7am today, my cases started working. Finally!

Hate to hijack but I forgot about the ROM. I am now happily married for 2 months woo!!

But anyway to my question, I was looking at the requirements and they ask for a marriage record and a marriage certificate. I have the certificate(the certified one saying that I am legally married from the courthouse with stamps) but what is this marriage record. I've never heard of this.

I am thinking USCIS got tired of us calling and went through and did a mass updating. I am sure anyone who didn't have theirs working in the past few months will be getting updates soon. I know some sent theirs after Janice/I did and got updated first, so it doesn't seem like they are going in any order but grabbing a few million files (exaggeration) and updating. I heard someone mention before in another thread, that USCIS was updating to a new system, possibly that update went through and they can now update the case files to show.

I sure hope others get the peace of mind the updates gave me!!

Day 61 here and case status STILL not working.... haven't received a RFE though so I suppose we will keep waiting until we file a service request on Day 75

Hi, Yes they started working around 7am eastern, when I woke up around 430am they were not working though, so it was just updated today 07/26/2016.

Just checked my case # in the middle of night and all 3 are now working.

I did this also but the cases were not working, woke up this morning and now they are!! =)

I know that I shouldn't be worried but mine still are not working either.

Think I'll ask Janice to call tomorrow and do a service request since she's the applicant to find out what is going on.

Should give her something to fun to do, hehe!!

My cases are not working when I search them nor when I try to add them to my account. Does the account need to be under the USC or non USC?

I am the USC and I have an account from when I did the i129F.
