I did the same and there is only one case with interview scheduled in December (three spots before me) , one case transferred and most of them like mine show "case was updated to show fingerprints .. bla bla" .Come on California..... let's move a little bit! If they take that order I am almost there!
same for CA!

Same, fingeprints completed since 5/1/19 and then nothing.
Looks like our timelines are VERY close! Hopefully one of us will hear. According to USCIS, CA service center takes 16-22 months. So I guess the earliest is March-April 2020.

Hi VJ-ers!
Did any WAC fillers receive any news?
It seems that they do not move the dial at WAC....
Not me. Mine still shows fingerprints completed.

I’m wondering – on your case status online on the USCIS website a lot of you have the message that says “we received your case and you don’t need to do anything at this time.” Has any of you that has this message received your NOA or biometric yet? My case status says “we received your case and sent you the receipt notice” but I haven’t received anything, does anyone else have this message too and hasn’t received their notice? I’m wondering if this message even makes a difference. 🤔😩
Mine says "we sent you the receipt notice" and i am on day 40 and have NOTHING. I tried to file a request it says I have one pending but they already replied to me saying "i am within the processing times".

How many people are WAC?

I believe you used the wrong form, the "Outside Normal Processing Time" form is for case pending with USCIS that is outside the normal processing time. I don't believe your case is outside current processing time.
You need to use the form for "Did not receive notice by mail / Non-Delivery of Notice" to request the NOA/extension letter. Here is the link:
https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=ndn
I must have picked the correct one as I just tried it again and I got this:
We have located a previously submitted inquiry with confirmation number (****) for the same issue. You may not submit a new inquiry at this time. You can expect to receive a response to your previous inquiry within 30 days of the date your inquiry was submitted. If you do not receive a response within 30 days, a new inquiry can be submitted at that time or you may call USCIS Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283 or 1-800-767-1833 (TTY). You will need to provide the inquiry confirmation number when you call.

I filed a month before the expiration of my gc. We were in process of moving and waited to have bills and other things from the new place to show as proof. Package sent on the 17th of Jan, text receipt on the 25th and nothing else from there.
What does your case status say?

When you filed e-request what are the options you chose? When i chose I-751 and other and put in day received as 11 Jan, it gave me no issues.
Since over 30 days have passed since your application was received, you can all them as well and they will give you the information.
I pick "outside of normal processing times" complete it with the received date as jan 4th (even though the NEW case status check says they received it jan 8th which is NOT correct),and it just tells me it is within the usual processing time so they can't do an e-request.
EVEN THOUGH it said to contact of i don't get by Feb 3rd.

My GC expires literally in two days! I need to travel in March too... No biometric no NoA, cannot file an e-request. It doesn’t allow me to make an appointment online... So frustrating... Not sure what’s wrong with them. Some people got their NoA so fast, in less than 2 weeks...
Te. Did you not get your passport stamped? I did see some december ones being received in a week.

I tried to file an e request and it again told me my case is within processing times so I can't file a request.

When you check your case online, what does the message say? I'm just wondering cause mine said they received my case and they sent me a receipt or notice of action, but if i don't receive it til march 3 that's when I need to call.. I wonder if you have the same message.
Yeh mine is the same and says after Feb 8th to call although on the old case status it said to call after Feb 4th so I did and they told me it was within the processing times

Hi all! I am actually a January filer, but I was curious to know how quickly anyone filing at WAC got their NOA's? Mine is on 35th day today. THANK YOU!

For anyone at WAC service center. They replied to me e-request. Said that I am within the processing times for my case. So anyone else who hasn't got anything, i guess we just have to remain patient!

I think if you haven’t received it in 30 days, you can file a request. There must have been something going on 😕
