Yes , first I believe you have to sign a profile to the website, after words 
this is the link : https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do
and later on you will select the most sufficient option to your case , you will fill your case number 
A-number and all details need to be mentioned as to last action taken in your case , USCIS will contact you ! Best of luck!

I am happy to say as of January 29th 2019 I have FINALLY!!! received my NOA YAY!!!
 
weird thing is they provided me 2 NOA's and both have same info .
 
oh well I guess I will put 1 for safe keeping and the other for my travels which I am happy about cause I can finally see my family and meet my lil nephew for the first time.
 
I hope everyone who sent info to the Texas office all got there letters by now.

funny thing is I only did 1 lol, so I am not sure how that happened but I am good with it :), now I just have to wait on the biometrics letter which I am hoping they don't lose that main

Hi Mash, I had almost the same timeline as you do. my green card expired. before i got my NOA. 
I had to call the uscis twice... and i did an E-request on Dec,18. I received and email on Dec,31st saying that they requested a resend of my NOA. I got it by mail on Jan 5th. 
I would recommend you do the E-request. and call them and explain your situation. 
My Case was sent to Nebraska's Office. Receipt number started with LIN.

there is no scheduled available for me to get the stamp an I will try tier 2 this time, this has been going on for so long and it shouldn't take this long for me to get a letter when dallas is only a 2 hr drive away from me.

sorry that I haven't been on for awhile n sadly no NOA1 yet, I called the USCIS but sadly no help but I am reading that people are going online and sending a e-request for non delivery, is it possible to have a link for that please?

mine is SRC# as well, an I am happy to hear you got yours, now all you did to do is load the app put that SRC# in there an play the waiting game

let me know how that goes cuz I might end up doing that as well to go see my family for the holidays

my job is still waiting on my actual letter as my GC expired on 11/18/18, they are allowing me to still work since I got the e-notification but now they are asking for the actual NOA1 that shows my GC has been extended cause if I don't show the proof they cant keep me as a hire.
 
they said I have till the end of the year so I am hoping for something before new years.

I think that is only if you need extra space so I feel its fine, I put mine in thought cause you never know with USCIS, but I think you will be fine

You will be fine .
if you got the 2 days shipping they should get it today or tomorrow and if not could take them 5-10 bus days depending on where you live .

as long you mailed it to the P.O box and not the actual texas service center you will be aight :), and good luck on your journey

I checked my credit card and they took the money out YAY, all is good for now .

You can send both of your car insurance and registration to show that you both owned the car. Have you made any trips together? You can print out things like boarding passes, hotel reservations etc. to show you took vacations together.
