Congratulations. My wife had her interview on 8/8 in Dallas and she was approved. Now she in line for the oath  ceremony . I wonder how long is the wait

Congratulations. When did you filed? Was your case at CSC ? 

You and my wife are in the same boat. She filed on 8/25 and her estimated time was 26 months . When she got scheduled for the biometric the estimated time went to 24 months and the day after her biometric the estimated time went up to 25 months. Maybe Dallas is just having issues.

The burden of proof always lies with the applicant to prove that the relationship is genuine and bona fide .

She said she is paying on a mortgage. I hope in order to show the relationship is legit she did not add him on title to the property.

Hello February filers. I am happy to see we are all moving towards the finish line almost together. Most of us should be at the NVC stage now. Are there any more February filers that are still waiting for USCIS approval? if so please identify yourselves so we can continue to lift you guys up in prayers. I do believe in prayers. I know with God all things are possible. I pray for the rest of us that are in NVC stage that we will all have a fast review and that the process will be smooth. I pray that we will all get to spend Thanksgiving with our love ones this year.
