Also when is the expiration of the extension? A year from the date I received the NOA1 or a year from the date my current GC expires??
A year from the expiration of your green card.

Did you sign up for the "new" website? https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ You need to register a new account.

How did you guys know they are sending you a mail?
USPS Informed delivery. https://informeddelivery.usps.com
They send you an email with a picture of what is coming that day.

Since we didn't get any confirmation on this, I have decided to poke around. These linked threads seem to confirm what I suspected. The status change to we've reviewed your biometrics ... means you won't be getting an appointment and they will just use the old ones. Good for the ones who go it!!

update I called uscis got my case number through the phone ..BUT my notice of action they supposedly have sent in April never made it to me ..now I have a running around lol
I know it's not ideal, but at least now you know that they got it and you can track your case.

Where do you enter the NOA to check your status on the new website? I don't have bio NOA only receipt notice so maybe I can't check it yet?
The receipt number works on the new website!
Kust create a new account, then fromyour account select add a paper filed case and then you can enter the receipt number.

You're welcome!
I think they are phasing out the old website. And now we can track it with our NOA receipt number!

Did my biometrics last Friday and no new update. Says the same as before. No info available, call USCIS.
Another issue, our biometrics letter has the same case number as the extension letter. Thought I read somewhere it should be a different case number.
Did you sign up for the "new" website? myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov
On the "old" one it says the same as you, but I can see my case status on the "new" one.
BTW You need to register a new account.
Please let us know what it says if you choose to register.

No problem guys, I'm glad you were able to see your cases. Hopefully, things start moving faster for the April fillers.

Try the "new" website. It works for me.
myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov
I think they are phasing out the "old" website.
ETA: you need to register, don't use the same registration as the "old" one.

I have the same problem and it doesn't seem to have a remove case option.
I have been looking and looking to no avail. I even tried to see if I could delet my account, but I can't find that either.

I want's sure where to post this, but since I'm in ROC, there it is.
Does anyone know how to delete a case number form the "new" USCIS website? It used to be easy on the "old" one, but I cannot figure out how to do it on the "new" one.
www.my.uscis.gov
I hope someone can help me as I am getting notifications for a case that is not mine and I want to only receive them for mine.
Thank you!

We got the same thing today. I wouldn't read too much into it - I don't think this means no biometric, it's just a general update.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it the status update people get after having taken their biometric?? Which would mean no biometric for you!
Anyone from VSC who are done with biometrics got the same update?

I have seen posts about old site versus new site but googling hasn't lead me anywhere but the same I always use. Is there a new uscis site? I am not receiving updates and cannot see my status, which worries me as my greencard was lost in the mail twice and I wouldn't have known without the e-notifications 2 years ago.
https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov
This is the new website.

Where can I make an appointment for an infopass? My GC is expired on the 7th. My package was received on March 16th but nothing has happened since
I don't think that any of the March fillers are still waiting for their letters (maybe just a few special cases). You should call USCIS to make sure they didn't misplace your package. It hapenned to a March filler. It has been much longer than the 30 days they state it can take to receive your NOA.

That's what I figured it would be and it makes way more sense. It's funny when the people working for USCIS has less knowledge of what's going on than people on an internet forum. Thank you Guess I have to wait until March 2019.
Exactly! I have heard some crazy stories about what people went through with USCIS.

So when it comes to applying for citizenship... At what point are you eligible? Is it 3 years being married or 3 years since you got your Green Card? USCIS made it sound like it's 3 years from your wedding anniversary but you never know with them, not everyone there know what they're talking about.
It's 3 years since the anniversary of your green card (the date printed on your green card).

I never had another issue. I have been back many times over the years and was never again taken into secondary. In fact, they usually don't even ask anything but: "Going back home?". I was never once asked about it since getting my green card. If they did, I would just be honest and tell me, I don't think it's a big deal. At the time, I thought it was a big deal, but over the years (and reading about so many other people on the forum having dealt with it), I came to realize that it's not that big of a deal.

Hmm so the letters today weren’t biometrics? I see one post that said they received one today - Sorry I’m just confused, haven’t been following this thread as closely.
Yes they are, but all from VSC. Nothing for CSC since December.

Can everyone who got biometrics today update the doc? https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1iGyq5ZCEZ6fOYJCSryivspbAo6dQUacfHJH9AuL51Wg/edit#gid=400305003
I only see one entry, and we're trying to figure out when ours might come in. Thank you!
I wouldn't worry too much about that. No one from January and February who filed at CSC even got their appointments yet! Looks like we won't be getting one for a long time (if at all). Apparently all the people who made inquiries received some generic letter stating that they may not even get an appointment.
If I look at the December filers, a many people have not received their appointments yet (of course only the CSC filers).

To add, I don’t know if this is a biometrics appointment. I am overseas and will not be home until Monday evening. That is why I asked and wanted to see if anyone also get an appointments from NBC instead of CSC or VSC. Please share. Thank you.
Did you ever receive your 90 days reminder letter? It could be that (since it's coming from NBC). Some people have gotten theirs late and it was coming from NBC. I haven't heard of people getting biometrics from NBC.

I'm getting a letter from USCIS today!! I guess it's for my biometrics. I was hoping that I wouldn't have to go back, but it's better than not hearing anything. My online status has not changed.
