    Yea my case has been close for 20 days now and they have mention the same old generic respond "case is being schedule at the consulate in XXXX country" .
    This system is so screwed up where they cater to the illegals and leave the legal processing in the back burner.
    Very frustrated......

    Work for your own money. Im sorry it happened to you, but instead of trying to leech from them i suggest you work hard for you money just like anyone else who came to this country with nothing...example being me.

    Not just your country brother. Anyways i was able to speed up my police clearance for the applicant by paying some extra bucks and had it in hand within a week.
    That is Cambodia though ....so good luck brother. I would do whatever you can to get the updated PPC asap to state U.S.A instead of Canada.

    To me that will definitely get an RFE. NVC is tough and its best not to gamble with them.
    Just my 2 cents.

    Also just make sure you folder that is holding the AOS/IV documents have the Case number, petitioner name, beneficiary name, and the Visa class.
