No income requirement to have your conditions removed. Financial records showing couple's joint ownership of assets and responsibilities is needed, such as joint bank statements, joint tax returns, joint lease, and joint utility bills etc.

You are removing conditions on an already issued green card. You are NOT applying for new status. Affidavit not required

Hi all, my fiancé is Nepali and since the earthquake I'm concerned that our visa will be delayed. We are waiting for noa2 to forward to embassy now. I was suppose to be going there to visit in 3 weeks but now not sure. Pls pray for us, I'm very sad and hopeful it won't delay :'(
