F*&%ing CSC is also showing November 1st.

There has to be something wrong with their system or their IT guy is smoking some crazy Sh*t.

USCIS has no idea ####### is going on.

Anyone receive their notice yet?

I am beginning to wonder if the transfer letter will very quickly be followed by an appointment for a 2nd bio.

It's a pain, Atlanta is 90 minutes away for me.

as per the old list, folks were on an average adjudicated upon within 15-30 days of second biometrics.

If we do not have to do second biometrics.... which none of us know as of yet......... then approvals for jan cases should start coming within 15 days.

I wouldn't put much stock in this previous situation, since we are already a longer way into waiting then they were then.

I doubt we'll have to do a second bio.

Yeah, but as per the recent trend,. the times are simply going up and up and no effort is being to decrease them.

I would put my money on the fact that we all are in for a longer haul now.

This is what happened on the last transfer June 2014 filers, have in mind they were transferred 5-6 months into their application as compared to now where most of the applicants are running 7-8 months plus.

Oh wow!! Seems like we got pushed way behind then.

Now we are going to have to wait for Second biometrics all over again.

Seems like we are gonna be waiting another 6 months for sure now..... seeing that december was almost over and we were almost there.

I think now, the Jan Filers at VSC can have some "expectations". Although, i am not sure what the expectation can be?

Can some old timers chime in who were amongst the first batch to be transferred last year? how long did it take after you had been transferred?

so... i just got two emails, both saying the same thing and case status is in initial review. So does that mean that an officer is currently working on the case?

i doubt all 5 of us will be called for an interview. I want to believe our cases are headed to CA. This forum is great, I got such a relief once I saw there were other people

I do not believe such a mass transfer would be to local offices.

On August 17, 2015, your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXXXXX, was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by September 16, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I would encourage others to check their case status online and post back, it's possible that VSC has done a case dump to local offices in order to ease their workload.

If so, not sure if that's a good or bad thing, but at least it's progress.

i hope you are right Moe, for some odd reason, i also have a tingling feeling that my case will get adjudicted upon quite soon. What the result would be, i do not know. Hopefully all clear in one go and no RFE etc.

I have not yet received my card and I was approved on July 28th.

I have also received an email from USCIS asking for rating of performance! Do they really have the decency to ask for how did they do??? specially considering that after 12 days still no card???

C'mon!!! let the glass be half full.

Ohhh I knowwww, that doesn't mean I will get to see my GC before you. There has been people from Dec that are more than a month ahead of me and already got approved, so basically in Sept when they start processing January, you will most likely be one of the first to get approved and then they will realize they still have Nov filers left and go back and after you have already been approved in late Sept they will realize it is time for them to approve me as well:)

As of now everything that I have predicted has happened:).

So, basically what I am saying is that I cannot wait for you to get approved, so they can finally get to my case:)

Moe, thank you for the kind words, but something tells me that after sammyboy has his GC in hands I will be next, until then I am not getting my hopes up for anything since as we have seen the whole Nov filers list got approved before me and it sucks:(.

I am really glad at least almost all of you are approved this means within the next two months they will be getting to me as well:)
