 has been physically present in the United States for at least 30 months out of the previous five years (absences of more than six months but less than one year shall disrupt the applicant's continuity of residence unless the applicant can establish that he or she did not abandon his or her residence during such period) and has resided within a state or district for at least three months.

So, USCIS is not going to process our i-751 and send us a Green Card.
 
Instead, the site said Tuesday (only under N-400, which is tricky because we usually just check i-751 status) that we are scheduled for an N-400 naturalization interview on August 13.  Well done, USCIS.  

Finally got some news, though not the news  I was hoping for. At least the light at the end of the tunnel 

They are not a red flag but they are not needed either.

omg guys GUUUYYYS i just checked my email out of boredom ..and then I discovered we took action on your case..so I'm panicking to lock into the accoun I have...& then there it was ' Your card was being issued'  ...now I have a total different bug twist I'm crazy happy its finally over ..but I do not remember for the love of God what address i have given them the old app or the new apo (hubby changed unit active millitary) now I'm freaking out it will he delivers to the wrong one 🤦‍♀️ someone help me to get sanity where I can find what address they got 

thanks I luckily found the address change as on my phone I thought so often to delete it glad i didnt ha anywho I'm only then calm when I hold it on my hands..the old page hasnt even worked for me anymore it said case dont excist lol

When you check your case and show you new card is being issued there are a link that if you move give us your new address so use this link to update your address.congratultions .

Today is 101 days since I got transferred to tx and this is getting frustrating! April fillers getting approved! This is BS..ugh

I just received a notification that my new card is being produced. My receipt notice is dated March 28, 2018.I am a vermont filer with no transfer or RFE. Case number EAC1812451***. 
 
Wish you all the best. Not sure how this works because a ton of filers after me received their cards back in April so i guess we just need to be calm and wait for them to process our paperwork. There's nothing else we can do.

At this point in the process, frustrations aplenty. We all could understand where you were coming from, even those that are already approved.

Finally saw an update after almost a year. March 19, 2018 filer here. Bios was on May 21, 2018. As of today, May 14, 2018, it says "Card is being produced". Only i751 petition, no N400, no interview, inter-racial, gay couple, 40-year age gap, EAC181205-xxxx.

I’m certainly exicted for those who are getting approved finally, but I’m quite frustrated as so many people who filed nearly a month after my wife and I did are being approved as they weren’t transferred from VT to TX.  Why were so many files transferred to essentially be skipped over? I feel like TX hasn’t had any approvals in ages. 

I finally got my green card today . March 5th 2018 Divorce Filer . No RFE or interview . It was indeed a very long and scary process because my ex wouldn’t provide any document to help me with my ROC after the divorce but , I’m glad it’s finally over . Thank you all for your support and answering all my questions ( the smart and dumb ones ) . I wish you all good luck and I will update the excel sheet . 

I just got an update. My case was approved. I am so happyyyyyy ....  Divorce waiver. Received RFE on February 23 asking for more evidence after having sent tons “ everything you can imagine,  pictures traveling around the world, bank statements, taxes transcripts and affidavits, etc ”  of evidence. I responded ithe RFE with more affidavits from friends, a letter from my Ex-husband showing his support to me in this process, my psychologist gave me a letter telling everything had happened in the relationship and the reasons why we had broken  up, and couple of bank statements. That was it, and got approved. It took 10 days after they received the response of RFE to get approve. 
 
I wish u guys luck, and hope your case are approved soon 

Its great to see all these approvals. To those still waiting, it won't be much longer. Hang in there.
