MoiandNela reacted to VOL in K-1 Visa Process months approval
You would be foolish to continue this relationship

MoiandNela reacted to coniefl in Can an expired k1 immigrant come back after losing court hearing
You obviously left out and never said the part of the story about the hotel room did you? So that just leaves us to fill in the story you wrote for ourselves...you said after a nightclub, thoughts are that you either went home (where friends would be) or it happened in the street on the way home (unlikely), or something else..
You may as well tell us more before you get another attitude for us not being able to read your mind....
You seem to be concerned about her being able to re-enter on a future visa if you sue her, are you concerned because you would not want that to happen or are you concerned because you are some kind of control freak that wants to ban someone from re-entering because it didn't work out with you?

So, truthfully now you know she is still in the US. (make-up your mind) I don't believe USCIS won't do anything unless she commits a crime. Your story is gainfully filling with what you wish to believe. I'm not a mind reader but I think you brought her to a bad enviorment to begin with. That's just me talking. I
'm beginning to think your still in Love.

MoiandNela reacted to yuna628 in I-129F TRANSFER THREAD - If you have been recently transferred, please post here!!!
I think the problem is the wording. First it mentions it recently (so that is past tense) transferred these particular cases. Then it starts a new paragraph and mentions that effective tomorrow it will be transferring these other cases.
The big clue here is that VSC does NOT handle I129Fs. Only TSC and CSC does. Therefore, it's a good bet TSC is being mentioned here although not in a direct manner. They need to hire a better proofreader.

Philippines were expedited, due to a devastating hurricane. All cases may be equal, but no two cases are identical. Each case proceeds at it's singular pace, once your package enters the center. They take it all apart, cash the check, put into a file box in the order they want it, and it then waits for the adjudicator. Sometimes, as you have found, the wait is long.

MoiandNela reacted to yuna628 in OMG I HAVEN'T BEEN APPROVED in 190 days! So awesome! Life is good!
At first I thought ooh this thread is a bit dicey isn't it? But then I chuckled and appreciated the sarcasm. We both absolutely love it!
I'm so happy I'm not with my fiancé yet. He loves me so much it's a real drag and a total buzz-kill if he was here already. I'm so happy that USCIS employees get to go home and hug the person they want every day. God bless 'em. I don't want to bother them from all the important stuff like personal shopping and playing games while at the office. 160 days is like a glorious breath of fresh air!
Stay strong everyone, together we can continue waiting for hundreds of days more!

MoiandNela reacted to TBoneTX in Fiancé interview
*** Thread moved from K-1 Process forum to the Embassy/Consulate forum -- topic involves that phase. ***
[Moderator hat off]
This question is asked often, and there are two answers: "It depends," and "there is NEVER any negative outgrowth if a petitioner is on or near the consular premises during the beneficiary's visa interview.
Well before the interview phase, and optimally before filing an I-129F or I-130 petition, one should go atop any VJ page, click "Embassy Info" and "Reviews: Embassy," and study both the overall trends and the recent reviews. Pay closest attention to the worst stories. Also search your regional VJ forum (in your case, the Mexico/Latin/South America forum) for relevant threads.

Depends on what side of the bed the interviewer woke up on that morning, but why chance it....go to the interview it shows more of your commitment to the pending marriage and process.

MoiandNela got a reaction from Romet in Texas Service Center
It's unfair that in about 5 months we don't get approved at TSC and at CSC they are approving cases from three weeks ago....
