Hi all,
Today I received my green card via priority mail. Was in my mailbox didn't have to sign for it. I got approved on the 18th so only took 5 days to arrive.
 
Now it's in my hand I'm obviously happy but at the same time I can't help but think all that work for this little piece of plastic.
 
Good luck to the rest of you all. Hang in there CSC filers your time is coming, time goes quick, you'll also have yours soon.
 
Thanks for all the support on here throughout my 4 year visa journey. Next step N400... I may wait to apply after Xmas so that I can leave the USA without worrying an interview might come through while I'm away.

Congrats! I got the "We are producing your card and will mail it to you" yesterday and then today i got "We approved your case".
 
Guessing they updated the system in the wrong order heh..

You and I are a few days apart and are both from the UK I just noticed. I'm EAC1726... let's pray we get approved in the next couple of weeks 

case tracker app,  they might not be very accurate, but will give you some sense of it 

Congrats to all the approved. Going by the detailed updates here, I'm hopeful that the EAC17258s (i.e me and others) will get some action next week

Doubt you'll need one the way VSC is tossing out approvals!  
 
And should you don't hear...book at another location.  Others have but you'll have to drive 3-4 hours.  Not sure if your field office is taking walkins, some offices are but you'll need to get there super early cuz I've heard they have a daily walkin limit. 

Really? I guess I did see that one out of state office was the same way. They say if it's an emergency you can go in to wait and see if they can squeeze you in. I don't know what constitutes and emergency in there books but I'd say loss of job is fairly dire.

I'd been checking the system for about 3 weeks in June and one finally opened up about 10 days ago for tomorrow. It may be a little early but with the scarcity of appointments I just had to do it. So yeah, maybe just takes that one lucky roll to get one. It took us long enough

The office in my state isn’t accepting infopass appointments period. I’m concerned because husband card expires in August. I feel your pain.

What does this mean exactly? Are they finally working on my case? I hope I get an approval soon I'm getting so impatient.

Tell me about it. I was too mad to say anything....I would have not be nice. She made no sense. I am at the point to contact either US representative or my Congressman...Just ridiculous. And the funniest thing is that I didn't ask her anything, she volunteered that information, but contradicted herself..I think I'll take @Whitehead advice and get off for a while. Just disappointing myself. LOL

Yeah they are *****'s lol. they just want to make our lives difficult.
 
I went to get my NC drivers license other day.... I only got it for up until when my USCIS letter expires so September. So silly!
 
I want this to be over because I'm job searching and employers worry when you hand them the letter and an expired green card as they don't fully understand it.
 
Bella1464 if I was in your shoes I would come off here for another few months as it will make you sad. I didn't come on here for a year after I filled because I decided to just get on with life and forget about it until I needed to. Keep your chin up... looking forward to that bonfire

I can only hope...However, I went to get a stamp last Friday and was told nothing would be given to me since I am too early. I'll have to go back anytime after July 30th..She then said " you have another 6-8 months of waiting". So..Maybe they magically start working really really fast. Where is that Blaine when we need him hahahaha
 

Ah right, yes - probably address update. It seems like they've basically just stopped dead on processing applications filed after May 2017, basically.

Just a little one?! Maybe if we camp out there they'll get a move on it xD
