I agree. It’s definitely not a great feeling to experience right after become citizens. I hope they do something soon to change this process! I contacted both senators, our congressman and they have been really supportive however the passport facility is not responding to their inquiries so they have been waiting as well 😥

I tried to call but here in CA they do not pick up phones apparently so I sent them an email with the required docs, including my flight ticket.  Hoping to hear something this week! fingers crossed 😪

I just got my work permit and i have been applyin for jobs, there are lots of opportunities but having no experience is a big obstacle, I went to many interviews and they all say that they cant hire me, and all i applied for is a cachier or a sales floor member on target, starbucks.....for example.

I am an engineer, and i would love to go back to school, and i found it surprising that even though i have many degrees i still get denied. I am from Morocco so i understand your husband's worries about his english.he should not be shy at all, with time he will do great. we live in CA as well.

No, my timeline is correct, i got my visa in hand 59 days after we filed the I129F application, thank god we were so blessed.|
Morocco approves K1 visas, that is just a stereotype, i know lots of people who got their visas before me and after me. a couple who have 20 years age differnce and they stil got it. the CR1 takes too much time, that is why lots of people use the K1.
we already got the biometrics appointment before this RFE. so all we have to do now is waiting.

It depends. Some people get approval faster and some others take months up to a year.
Interesting, out of my curiosity. Why does she push you? It is out of your hands the whole process. Sounds like blackmail to me.
I have been on 5-year long distance relationship before my husband filed I-129F for me. If she loves you, she will patiently wait. But seems she has more interest come to the U.S. rather than to be with you.

My fiancee(USC) sent the package and it was recieved on Feb 26th , we got our NOA1 by email on March 3rd . and we got the hard copy NOA1,on March 9th .

I am from Morocco , will i have the same timeline for getting the NOA2 ? does it differ according to the benefeciary's country ? or it is the same for everyone ? if it is , should we expect the NOA2 in about a month because our petition was sent to CSC ?

Mine was sent to CSC. NAO1 received Feb 10, NAO2 received Mar 06. 24 days for NAO2

Sorry heard that Bro .I can understand their fear about their daughter .I dont know it Happened with a lot of American women/girls who want be engaged or married to Moroccan, its the same words same excuse!!!! .:" Dont go there!!! they will steal your Passport and kidnap you and dont let you back home !!!!.The Problem is The Media .But some read lot about her and dont care about Media . we meet them lot her in CasaBlnca Marakech Rabat Fes most of them are in thier 20th .and they are American Us citzen .
The only way is meet Her in third Country like Turkey .etc... or her parent come with her

It is kind of you to be so understanding of her situation. She is 21 and old enough to make her own decisions.
To have her parents accompany her is a great idea, perhaps you can contribute to their ticket fund.

I am sorry that your plans to meet have fallen through, I am sure they are just concerned about her safety.
