Hello VJ members, Got my email yesterday. I had received my I-864 AFFIVAVIT OF SUPPORT checklist from NVC. My question is.. Do I have to send again the whole AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT containing the corrected part they are asking? or only the pages with the corrected part with the bar coded attached on it? Please share your suggestion regarding this topic. Thank you in advance and God Bless us all.

You must send them new AOS paper with bar coded cover sheet, that is because they can identify you number case and rescan your docs

My friend, on Monday will start the last week of June. Don't even bother calling on Friday, you will waste 1 hour on the phone.

Start calling on Monday and try everyday starting from that day.

Chances are that they won't start scheduling until Monday - the 28th. if you call on Friday and don't hear anything, don't be disheartened. If you want an idea of when scheduling begins, the IR forums usually get ILs before or around the same time, the F2A folks. Hang in there, you're almost there!

Do not be sad as the beginning of July is not far. Looking at previous months they start scheduling at the end of the month so you are probably looking around end of next week. Good luck

Yeah, my wife already knows it. She is going to call this friday, crosing finger they give us interview date.

Maybe in some cases already completed. they will be reciving soon their IL, examp: If VB advace 1 month all Nov and part of Dec (could cut of date 8 Dec in VB), we are sure if it apply.

F2A - my PD is 30Sep2013. My case still not completed. I am very disappointed. My stupid attorney took one month to send the Check list to NVC, we received the email from NVC requesting the check list on May 7 and she sent for then on Jun 2. She lied to me and gave a lots of excuses why she sent last week. Anyway, someone have any idea how long it take for the cc and il? I am very anxious. Any information is very appreciate. good luck all.

You should take from last week to count the 30 to 45 days to get answer from NVC, if you got CK list, you can consider less.
