    Hi VJ members, I'm ready to submit my DS-260 but just want to double check something with you guys. One of the questions is "Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?".

    Currently I do not, however I will be getting them done at my medical after i have received my IL from NVC

    If I select "no" a box appears prompting me to "explain". At the moment I plan on putting no and stating that "as of today. the 14th Aug 2015, I do not. However I WILL RECEIVE VACCINATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH U.S LAW PRIOR TO INTERVIEW AT U.S. EMBASSY AND I BRING THE REPORT AT THE INTERVIEW. IF I ANSWER "YES" THEN AS OF SUBMISSION OF DS 260 I WOULDN'T HAVE VACCINATION DONE"

    Do you guys think this will be acceptable or will it cause delays in the processing of my case?

    It´s better put "no", you will recieved vaccinations on the medical examination.

    Dont carry on more delay for put "yes"

    Guys Any sugestion?

    I dont know what happened with Xray they made.

    Last tuesday I went for my results as part examination made by myself, due spots in my left lung found it in X ray medical examination made by Dr. authorized by embassy. I dont have doubt for job made for Dr. No the issue is why diferences?

    My Private Dr. told me that in X ray made last sunday in the hospital has negative results, it means there is not any spots in both lungs. She did read phisic X ray and explain me there is nothing, i am nothing.
    Does the embassy have to wait for these results (Medical examination)?
    What kind of situation could I get for my interview next August 18?

    Sadly the US Embassy doesn't care about private doctors or hospitals because those are 3rd party individuals/institutions that are NOT accredited by the Dept of State and CDC. Outside sources can easily be paid off or manipulated that's why the US Embassy only has limited accredited medical facilities.

    Visa applicants have no choice but to wait for the official result of the sputum culture. Good luck.

    thanks so much for the information.

    I have a question, Pd 12/31/13 should by covered by Sept 2015 Visa bulletin. For scheduling the interview, do they wait for the bulletin to be current , or do they go ahead and schedule?

    I was same situation, so 2 weeks ago, my wife brought me new AOS paper with corrected Ck list. you must sumarized sponsor or co-sponsor plus all any other applicants, for exam: my wife is 1st sponsor, plus me iqual 2 in the line 8.

    I just got AOS update for my interview next August 18.

    Muchas Gracias, Mi entrevista era a las 8.30am llegue a las 7.45am. me hicieron abrir el examen medico afuera, luego pase por seguridad y luego entre me dieron un nombre y a tomar asiento, espere 3 horas y media para que me llamaran en la primera ventanilla, donde me atendio esta mujer nicaraguense si no me equivoco, me pidio mis documentos, certificado de nacimiento, de matrimonio, certificado de policia, fotos, examen medico, pasaporte. reviso la documentacion, luego procedio a preguntarme mi direccion, la direccion de mi esposo y numero telefonico. me pregunto como nos conocimos? (nos conocimos en linea) Cual sitio? Plenty of fishes. Cuando se casaron? (abril 28, 2014) cuando se conocieron por primera vez (febrero 17, 2014) cuentame sobre tu relacion? (nos conocimos, salimos 3 veces, luego nos veiamos todos los dias hasta que nos mudamos juntos, y luego nos casamos) Ha viajado a Nicaragua(si, 6 veces) Has estado en los EEUU( si, varias veces pero durante el curso de nuestra relacion 2 veces) cuando regresastes a Nicaragua( no recordaba la fecha, y le dije que no recordaba) luego me pidio mi pasaporte con mi visa de turisa. me pidio fotos ojeo unas cuantas, me pregunto como nos comunicabamos(whatsap, imessage, factime, facebook, skype) me pidio recibos de dinero, le entregue unos 30 recibos de western union, le entregue conversacion de whatsap, le entregue el record de vuelos de mi esposo, y le di documentacion que indicaba mi pasado embarazo. me pregunto si teniamos hijos en comun o separadados(NO). luego me pidio que me sentara para ser llamada mi segunda entrevista. espere aproximadamente 15 minutos, mi nombre fue llamada en la siguiente ventanilla, con este hombre Norte americano aproximadamente en sus 40 años, tenia dificultades en hablar español. salude, me entrego mis recibos y converscion de whatsap, me entrego las fotos pero era tan grande el paquete que no pasaba la ventanilla y nos reimos, rompimos el hielo me senti menos nerviosa. me pregunto directamente: Cual es la fecha de su matrimonio? (April 28, 2014) Fecha en la que se conocieron por primera vez( Febrero 17th, 2014) donde se casaron? (Miami), Porque en Miami y no en Nicaragua(porque Nicaragua para mi esposo era un lugar desconocido, nunca habia visitado anteS, Y para su comodidad asi lo decidimos) me pregunto Su esposo habla español? (No) y como se comunican(Yo hablo ingles) , a lo que el respondio Do you speak english? (Yes, I do). Do you have family in the states( Yes I, do) Where at? ( Florida, California, Las Vegas, Colorado) Congratulations your visa has been approved! me dio las intrucciones. Y listo!! yay! tengo que recoge mi visa en aprox 10 dias. me confirman con un email cuando mi visa este lista para ser recogida! :)

    Hi Nicalord - I agree with you...its not TB otherwise your doc would send you for treatment.

    But this follow up on the issue and make sure you do the additional testing that your doctor recommended.

    Yes, I agree too. If there other treatment that I will make i`ll be 100% carefully. My wife will come with me to the interview to strengthen more all step like from the begining. (sure she have permission from her job. :joy: )

    Nicalord we dont have the copy form of aos the one we submit at nvc but we do have the 3 most recent years of itr and w2. So is it ok if i will bring only the itr and w2?

    Well, i dont know if your letter have the same instructions like mine, but i know they need original and a copy for most recently Federal income tax information, i understand they refer last one, but its better bring more.

    2 week ago, my wife brought me last one, Also she gave me a copy from taxes paid from co-sponsorhip (last year)

    guys need your answer, do we stiil need the aos during interview?

    Hi.

    I think you only need updated Federal income tax information to the interview. If a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of Support) and provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal income tax extension in lieu of a Federal income tax return, bring the sponsor's most recent Federal income tax return to the visa interview.

    Hi guys I already completed collecting all docs required by embassy. Civil docs , photos, AOS form upgraded ( because ck list) and Med Exam. I received closed envelop from Dr. But I still need aditional exam. However Dr told me "not worry just give them the letter on the interview day this is my notificatión" I aks if this could delay my visa ? He told " I dont know it depends if consular desition" I am sure could be delay, 'couse consular oficcer need to be clear about my healt, it means itsnt TB. What do you think guys?
