  4. Its very upsetting vb is 1 day difference with my PD dec.16 i need to wait 2mos more to be with my husband.Honestly i cried but the fact that 2mos is just very fast...i waited for almost 2years and now its only 2mos left, everything will be done smoothly. To those their pD is Dec 16,2013- january 2014 lets call nvc on july 25 for the sched of interview...lets hope that will be schedule on 1st week of sept and done with our visa at the 3rd-4th week of september.

I again friend, i think you will get you IL, for next month, you pd, will be current on next vb.

  5. Hallo frinds today NVC send me a letter.( All documentation necessary to complete the national visa center ' s processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been schedule, applicant ' petitioner and attorney ( if applicant ) will be notify.)

But I am upset how to many days to wait interview schedule.

If you PD will become current, they will schedule for one month after this notification.

  6. FYI Guys, i have received a call from NVC. it all depends on how you present or explain your case and the matter of urgency, if you are not able to speak to supervisor on that day then the sups. will call you back but after 2-4 weeks time. that's the standard time. A lady called me i was surprised and spent good 30 -40 min and went thru every thing she was good thou.

Ok, thank for you reply. strange ! I knew that they not make call, but it´s fine for you.

    well clirify.

  7. Same thin with my letter, if in Dominican Republic, applicants are expecting to attend interview with sponsors, then plan to attend with your sponsor since it is an Embassy requirement. The P4 letter is a general interview letter for every consulate there are Embassy specifics like some register on some sites before interview, some book medical appointments, some have walk in medical appointments. You might need to read reviews from Nicaragua to get a proper feed back on the way forward. Or you might consider e-mailing or calling your consulate to confirm this. Good luck

Yes, I did call the US embassy here, they told me I do not need to bring my petitioner at the interview day.

    Thanks for you help.

  8. Thank You Nicalord, my appointment letter had my name and the petitioner. It states clearly applicants eligible to attended the interview. My name is the only one listed there. In my letter it is stated clearly that Petitioner's are not required to attend the applicant's immigrant visa interview. Maybe it is different in other countries. Was it stated clearly you need to come with your petitioner? If no, then decide if you can afford to have your other half with you, out of convenience not compulsion, good luck with the rest of the process.

I was confused, because the part of the leter where says:
Applicants Eligible to Attend the Interview: shown my name only, so the other part it says (last point):
    ================================================================================
    *** IMPORTANT *** Interview Reminders
Petitioners are not required to attend the applicant's immigrant visa interview. Facility size and/or
security concerns may limit who may accompany a visa applicant during his or her visit to the U.S. Embassy
or Consulate. Please visit the U.S. Embassy or Consulate's webpage for more information at usembassy.gov.
the letter no mention my wife´s name. I know on other country, (dominican republic for example) the husband/wife need go jointly to the appoinment, whenever if the letter mention it.
  9. Congrats to everyone that has been scheduled, my visa was approved today. I wish you all a smooth process in your coming medicals and interviews. For me, the interview was the easiest part of this process, just relax and countdown to your good news. We have all been waiting for so long, no need to be nervous, Am happy for you Nicalord.

Thanks bro, now i just aks you, if the appointment is joint with your wife or your letter detail only your name? I am cleared that, I just want know.

    Best regards.

  10. @Nicalord it is not compulsory to take your other half for the interview and it is optional. I am attending my interview by myself and my husband will not be coming to the UK however, if your other half make can make it, it will give a good gesture for the interviewer. Therefore, if your wife can not make it then it is not a must so do not worry or panic. I hope that clarified your question.

Thanks for you explanation, sincerily, I will go alone, if there is missing or need aditional info I will solve after.

    Gracias.

  12. Yes this sometimes may depend on the country or someone's particular case. The Nicaraguan embassy allows the petitioner to go to the interviews but it is not required. I was not able to go to my husbands interview and it was not a problem. Had I been in Nicaragua at the time and wanted to go I could have. but No it is NOT REQUIRED.

Congrats on getting your interview date! El tiempo va a pasar rapido ahora! Felicidades!

Hola, gracias si he tenido esa duda, por que he leido en otros foros en español y dicen que si, pero ya veo que depende del país, ahora tuviste en esta misma experiencia?

    Gracias por tu ayuda.

Hello, thanks, yes i had doubt, couse i read in other forum into spanish language and they say that true, but i see that depend from the country, did you get the same experince?

    Thanks for you help.

  13. Hi Nicalord, Congrats wish you good luck for the interview !!!

I have a quick question your priority date is Dec'13 and the current Visa Bulletin is for Oct'13 am I right, will they schedule an interview even if your priority date is not current? I am little bit curious just thinking how the things works at NVC.

My Priority date is May'14 and recently I mailed my Fees and they received payment but they didn't updated my case in the online don't know when will it get updated.

    Thanks.
The actual VB is in Nov 08 2013, when they think your PD becomes current ( 3 months normally) they start process requesting all docs and fee payments. then if your case is completed they send you a mail about your case, so once your PD will be current in next month they scheduling your interview one month early.
So you, you should call NVC and inquiry about your case. However at this moment they have problem with system, there are many people waiting for they solve problem. You can go this website for instructions http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/general/assistance-for-applicants-experiencing-technical-difficulties.html
    Good luck
