What is the prediction for the january 2015 Visa Bulletin? as well it´s true that could advance fastest?

This process is very hard. What´s the Prediction for January? somebody know about it? When they will be finishing Dec 2013.

My question is: How long time take NVC to consider that they could start the Visa Process? or When they will give me access to ceac.state.gov/ceac/ to fill the first request?

Neither anything can i do for this moment, just to wait!!! I hate this process I just want to will meet me with my wife coming soon.

It will be release between November 08 to 10 days, it agree to policy, or it is frecuently time.

I am reviewing almost every day, but I haven´t get any access to electronic portal called CEAC. I am unable to make the payments fee.

Yes, I think that, still My PD is not current. My Visa interview can´t be sheduled.

Yes, I was approved by USCIS on febraury 28th, them I Called to NVC and they told us (my wife and me) that is not possible beging a consular process because my PD is not current yet. But it was in august this year at this moment I guess there any new in that category.

My God, only 1 month movement in our category, it´s Frustrating.

It is my firt topic in this forum. I want Know What expect for Visa Bulletin November 2014 in F2A Category. Somebody published in other webpage it maybe possible that movement will be around 4 week.

Now I am F2A Beneficiary and My PD is Dec02 2013, but NVC hasn´t any request in avanced in my case. In august I received a Letter from NVC that said, "We Cannot process your case at this moment, because theren´t a Visa Number Avaible for you. Then I went at portal electronic center and My status case say:
