I paid online immigrantion fees and when I got my IOE number. But when I try to track the status it shows this letter

POE was on 23 October 2015

What's wrong in my case??

POE: Well, in sumary I arrived to JFK airport at 2 AM on Oct 23rd, I got in front of customer officer, He told me: let me your closed envelop then after reviewing it, He stamp my passport with Admitted mark. He told me go ahead welcome to US.

They not made anything else inspections of my bags.

Good look.

Finally i am in New york.

Guys, after 2 months from my interview day. I just got my visa today.

My wife picked up her passport yesterday with visa from DHL after 2 month of AP. It is a long process we have to be patient.Mine process took 2 years.I would like to thank all of you guys specially Apple 21 and all other user who helped me with my annoying questions who helped me when i was in the dark.For those of you that your process still going ,be patient have faith.All family will be reunited.Thank you again.

I will always around in Vj to help others from what I learned from that process.

I share that today I called for my medical examination results about TB, sputum and culture test. All be right I do not have any TB sickness, it was negative. Now they are just sending those results to US embassy soon. Good news.

Hello nicalord,its due to lack of income of my husband its 2014 itr is low...they didnt give us checklist regarding with the aos or need joint sponsor,,,and even the interview letter they gave to us there is no indicated that we need joint sponsor...but we submit already at the U.S manila embassy and status update date was change twice oct.5 and oct.7 seems they working on it...i hope and praying that we Get our visa soon..God is testing our faith! Just believe in Him.

I see. Yes we need all faith possible to proof we are strong, Please dont be dissappoint. We just need one step more, today a called to Dr. Which made sputum culture test and he told me maybe tomorrow is going to have results (after 10 weeks) I am exited 'couse it might be a signal news.

I suppose that you only wait final desicition, regarding re-calculated income for you husband.

Hello nicalord sorry hear that, me too my visa was delayed also bec of 221g...i dont know when will be visa issued...give more patience and a lot of prayers...sometimes i feel so depressed bec of what happen im expecting that sept i will be in US but sorry for me it does not happen

I'm Zorry FY, Why was your visa delayed? In my case mine was Approved and issued, but still they don't gave me nothing until all clear, it will be ready in the end this month. Oficial consular not gave me any letter under AP 221g. Have you refused for any sickness?

Nothing yet. I am waiting for exam results. Actually it will be ready around October 28, then i will call for those results. I am 10 weeks waiting from sputum test result made on july 28. I think It was a high wrong made by Dr.'couse nothing symtomps I do have. The first one test was negative and second one may be the same. It is very painful for my wife and me. I pray to god all be rigth.

They only made X ray test. I feel very good, sadly I had wait more time by wrong, I never have been sick with lungs illness.

Hey guys.. sorry for being missing. Like u said.. i just stopped calling nvc because every time i got same answer and ending up being depressed. I was makin my husband call the senator office instead.

Well guyss.. i finally called nvc yesterday and found out my case has been completed!! The agent said it was completed on 22nd september. And i receieved an email of case completion today.

So i really dont knw if it happened on its own.. like it took 2 months and 14 days! Or it happened cuz of senators help. Last feedback we got from senators office was tht they hav put in an inquiry at NVC about our case on 18th sept. So it could be.. and you should try to contact ur local state senator..it wouldnt hurt to try

I am sure I am fine, couse I dont feel nothing of symtomps like TB, based on the privated check that I made with other Doctor, seriusly this Long wait i unnecesary, well I must wait a big wrong.

No, I díd not get it. I am still waiting for last results (3 months from sputum test) Dr told me that 1 of 2 test was negative. Then he told me I Need wait for culture result it would be ready at the end Octuber.

I am 02 Dec 2013 PD, i was interviewed last august 18. After 4 days system showed visa issued for me. Then 10 days i received a call from US embassy telling me that I will have my visa until ending Octuber 2015. All it was just little spots in my left lung after X ray chest examination but i wondering there is not any sickness symtomp for me like TB. So ok I just completed 4 of 8 weeks. Could I expect to get my visa at this time? It means ending October?

Please any sugestion? Helpme!!!!

My priority date is 3 april and my case is completed,so when I should get email.for interview , or should I call them to ask ablut IL.?

Normally they starting send IL within 1 week before close month, and couple days after beging each other. You should call ending september, its most sure.

My case still in AP at the embassy since August 10th and August 11th was the last time it was updated,I can't believe it is taking so long to review a case that NVC already took 4 month to get all paper.The CO told my wife that everything was OK all they need is a co-sponsor for my case,I sent everything the next day,it will be a month this Friday since the file is at the embassy without any update.I will try to call the embassy today

I am AP too, I read in other thread, they will take 60 days to solve the cases under AP. My visa is alteady issued, I just waiting for sputum culture test is very clearly, so I think 8 weeks when CEAC changed status either AP or issued visa application.

Normally, it will be take 60 days, maximium days allowed be US embassy.
