Good Morning guys I am so happy that finally our September filers are seeing progress with there case. I can't wait for guys to start getting your visas. As for me I've been enjoying having my fiance home with me it still doesn't seem real. Our entry went very smoothly.

We got our passport back yesterday. We will be flying later today. This seems like a dream. There were so many sleepness nights so many times when I thought this day would never come. My life has changed so much in a matter of weeks. Wishing everyone on here a fast and speedy process. Thank you guys for your support.

I wanted to post this message to you guys not in any way to brag about my status and I apologize ahead of times to any who may think so but you guys have held me up and given the strength to really deal with this horrible process at TSC. About three weeks ago I really hit a low point in my relationship where I honestly didn't think could do this long distance thing anymore. Let me tell you I've spent a fortune traveling back and forth four trips to Haiti and I won't even mention the long distance phone calls and so on and so on. So after literally hitting rock bottom the morning of April 03 I woke up to find out that I had been approved. I will say it was like a light a the end of a very long and dark tunnel. Ever since my case has been moving at lighting speed I just check my case on the NVC site and has been shipped to my Embassy that's less than two weeks after approval. So if all goes well I should be interviewing in the next three weeks or so. Anyways just wanted to share my story to say stay strong and once you do get approved the next part of it really goes by so fast. Hope every one gets their approvals really soon.

I love reading all of the guesses of what USCIS might be doing and why the approvals are all over except for October. I thought I would add some new ones.
1.) November approvals- someone picked up the wrong box
2.) October No approvals- the Nov approvals were a mistake so they aren't on october yet for there to be approvals
3.) Transfers- They arent going to happen for current TSC files it was just worded that way to shut everyone up for awhile
How I really feel
1.) November approvals- Why not we all know the systems not fair so why finish prior months before moving on...maybe next they will start approving applications same day as they get them and forget about September through March...isnt that pretty much what they are doing by sending all new petitions to CSC
2.) October No approvals- USCIS works on their calendar system which does not have a month of October so those files don't really exist
3.) Transfers- There are none everyone at TSC is staying at TSC and should probably grab a seat on the sofa and a bowl of popcorn because were all going to be here for a very long time.
I know I havent been waiting as long as most but its still torture and I can only imagine how much worse its going to get in a couple of more months. After we get the VISA i'm thinking about forwarding the USCIS a bill for my travel expenses to go see my Fiance since the extra trips, I know they will just throw it away but they need to see that its not just waiting thats the problem its the expenses that comes along with maintaining the relationship while waiting.

I hope that's right because this whole process is just unsettling. I've had more breakdowns, mood swings to last me a lifetime and that's just in the last couple of weeks.

I don't understand how November approvals are coming in more and more when some August filers are still waiting and very few September filer have gotten approved. It's bad enough there's a major difference in processing times between service centers but this is adding insult to injury every single time I see a November approval

I agree, this is really annoying to see. Again, I don't begrudge anyone a quicker than 7 month approval, I just can't understand the logic of TSC. However, I'm pretty sure they are about as logical as the Twilight zone LOL

I don't want to be transferred after all that waiting. At this point in the waiting game better the devil you know than the one you don't know. But for those that haven't been waiting as long this maybe a good thing for them.

Wow our little thread has been quite popular lately with the mods. Six plus months of waiting and being lied to being ignored etc has a way of making people hostile speaking for myself personally. Honestly I think we all on this thread have done all that we can do and continue to do what we can. I am happy for everyone that's been approved here on this thread as we've faced this journey together and you guys have given me strengh when I didn't think I could go on. There are some on here that I am pulling for more than myself Avor8 you are definitely one. I hope we continue to uplift each other I really would hate to see the bond and connections we've build be destroyed. Just my two cents.

I don't even know how to start off I feel so frustrated. This process is not for the weak at heart. I knew when started my journey that it was not going to be easy but I had no idea that TSC was going to basically hijack my life and leave me feeling broken and defeated. When I first started out trying to decide whether to get married and file cr1 or do the K1 process all the data I found pointed out that the K1 was definitely much faster. I took two months to do all my research and gather all my documents.(wishing I would have filed in July)Looking at current data it's taking about 7 months to get an approval then another 3 to get an interview how is this faster. Not to mention we will have to go through this again filing and waiting for AOS. I feel like this is torture. I pray for all of us so we can be with our love ones soon. I've never founght this hard in my life for a relationship.

I am posting here hoping to get some advice for a friend of mines all help will be highly appreciated. My friend and her husband file for cr1and interviewed in December where they received a 221g on the basis that the marriage was fraudulent because after the marriage she had not visited for 3 years due to financial issues. She has contacted her congressional office to get involved but I'm sure how helpful that would. Thanks in advance I know the member here are always so helpful.

Well after al this time finally someone returned my call from my congress woman office just to let me know they are now working on it. smh I know it probably won't change much and I am really not holding any hope since it seem even te congress staff basically get the same normal processing time bs. I just wanted someone to hear my concern. I wanted to let someone know that the way we are being treated by TSC was not right and even If I end up waiting seven months I wasn't going to do so without speaking my mind. I explained that I am not trying to get my case expedited or anything of course that would be great but that the fact one service center is processing apps in a matter of weeks some time days here I am at Texas 112 days later and not a word just sucks. So with that being said I also wrote my senator office as well. So lets see just how long they take to respond back.
