Thank you vocaledge , We know you are prepossess the data that is available, at least we know something and if they are doing a lot of cases without updating it is a plus for everyone. Lets hope of a good day today.

it isn't that accurate since not everyone updates there info, but if the USCIS isn't putting out information it might be the only indication as to where they are working.

Could I remind fellow VJ's to update their info, someone yesterday got their paper NOA2 be haven't updated yet, it might not make a lot of difference but at least we can see how far along the time line is.

At least they have done 33 of something even if it isn't what we want to see!

well, I think it goes with the situation here, when I see a good day with lots of approvals and say 120 + cases handled I feel a lot happier and feel there is hope and then on a day when there is nothing going on I loose hope again.

I was wondering but didn't want to hassle you. The daily scans and weekly totals are about the only indication on how things are moving (or not) since time lines are a bit pointless just now, it looks a little like they might be moving in to July next week.............. so, only 2.5 months to go for us! hell, it might even be this year we get NOA2 approval...............

Well, hopefully everything will be better when they get the RFE you sent back and send the NOA2 soon, maybe the wait for transfer to the NVC might reduce soon

Hi, I am so sorry to hear you got denied, I am sure you are feeling stunned and hurt by the news but I agree with George & Roth, try not to do anything to hasty, try to come to terms with what has happened and see if there is a way forward, if it helps rant and rave at us on this site to vent your anger!

The problem we all have is mentally we have moved on into our new lives, but physically we are stuck in in our old lives.

I don't believe you have nothing to do! You don't come across as that type of woman, your to organize and professional to be doing nothing.

I hope you are right, I would also like to think that there are more approvals than we are seeing because as I see it if they don't get back to handling 150 files a day minimum we September filers will be waiting until August to get our NOA2's

It just crossed my mind that if the USCIS have been told to do more checks on applicants the one way they can show they are doing that is with RFE's, at the end of the accounting period the figures will show a large increase in 'further checks' and shows they are a good job and meeting the new requirements since a lot of people are saying the RFE's seem to be for small things.

Also, if people from the VJ site don't up date their time line when they get their NOA2 and many don't as you can see from the graphs not showing 100 % then Igor's list can't show an accurate time line, having said that at least it gives an idea how long the wait might be. which is depressing viewing.....
