Green card was delivered today and it looks great - the right dates, nothing misspelled.  YEAH!!!!!

Just to let others know, no signature was required.  It was sent via priority mail and was received only 6 days after approval.
As for the expiration date, the 10 years begins with the date of the approval of the removal of conditions.  (not some earlier date - like the date of the expiration of the 2 year card).  In other words, we have 10 years before we have to jump through bureaucratic hoops again.
Also we received - today as well - the 18 month extension letter on official letterhead and this replaces the unofficial extension that was sent in August.
Also we received an official letter telling us that we were approved.  All of this came on the same day!! hahaha!!

We are all very fortunate to have VisaJourney to help guide us through this whole process and to exchange information with one another.   I cannot think of another website that has been so helpful to us in our lives as this website.  It deserves some sort of award!

Good luck to all who are still waiting.  I bet you will have good news soon.

We have been approved, were notified that the card is in the mail, and received a USPS tracking number.  I just checked the USPS website and it is out for delivery.  Does anyone know if a signature is required for delivery?  I believe that it is but no one has mentioned this recently (that I can find).  Thanks for any info you have.

It finally happened.  We were notified that card is in production on October 16, 2018.  YEAH!!!!  It has been great to have so much helpful information in this forum and in all of the VisaJourney website.  Thanks.
Our NOA date is July 5th 2017 and so to those July filers still waiting, it should be coming soon.  I had checked the case numbers close to ours and most had been approved (along with some RFE's) .  So finally it was our turn.
Hope everyone hears good news soon.

Thanks for the update.  Our status has not changed (still says the case was received at the local office - Feb 27th).  Fortunately, we have not been asked for more evidence because it just means more delay.   Also, some people say that they have a NOA of July 3rd and have a day number of 277.  Perhaps that explains why there are so many total cases for July 5th.   But that does not make sense unless USCIS uses GMT (Greenwich mean time) to time-stamp the applications.    So if someone enters a new app in the system after 4 pm, California time, that is the next day on the GMT clock.  OK so this might be farfetched but it might explain why there are more cases on Mondays and fewer on Fridays.  Well, what the heck, just something else to think about....hahaha!

Thanks - this is pretty incredible that you did all of this work.  I believe this is California only, right?   I am day 277 (July 5th NOA).  WAC17277005xx and still waiting.   I wonder how much longer.....and yes, no one knows, not even anyone at USCIS.

I hope we all have good news soon.  Our status online still says "On February 26, 2018, we received your form I-751....at your local office."   Nothing since then.  I will certainly post any updates that we get.   Let's think positive.

I don't understand it either but I think no one knows why some people get approved faster than others.   If you apply for citizenship (N-400), maybe that delays you a bit but I really do not know.

Congrats to "Girl from Celebes", Christina77 and others who just got approved.  Hopefully the rest of us June 2017 filers will hear good news soon.

Congratulations to all who have received approval in the last few week or so.  I believe that most of these are from the California Service Center (WAC172x) where the x is either a 5 or 6.   Our number begins with WAC1727.   So I hope our time is coming soon.  Does anyone know if the numbers are duplicated between EAC and WAC?  In other words, could someone with the California service center have the same number as someone in Vermont - with the difference being only the first letter (E or W)?
I think the answer is no but I am not sure.
It also seems that the Vermont office was approving the applications quickly a month ago or so,  and now is on hold while California office is getting the attention.    Why this happens I do not know but the office might be focusing on other things for a while.   This might explain why some of you are waiting on the Vermont center even though getting an approval should be a slam dunk.   They are simply not looking at the applications.    It will be interesting to see if the Vermont approvals start up again and the California office goes quiet.  I hope not because we sure would like to get approved so we can plan on some travel and not worry that it will conflict with a request for an interview.
BTW, we received the 18 month extension notice but not the "official" letter.  Others have received this too and then got approved right away.  We will see - so good luck to us all!
