It depends when your priority date is. When your priority date becomes current, they will schedule the interview. And if they say that she is on queue for interview, this means the case is already close at NVC (that you satisfied the documentary requirement).
    Hope this helps.

    Congrats!
I cannot complain. I got cc just feb4, cc email, yesterday, then p4 this morning with an interview schedule of March 11.
Seem NVC made up for the lost time I had with the checklist.
End of the day, it moved and I am happy.

Thanks! Yes, well when we spoke to the first operator they told us we needed to send in a corrected I-864a (left a field blank where we shouldn't have) and my husband's W2s. We did that. Then when we got the actual checklist it was quite confusing, so we called again to confirm what we needed to send, and the operator categorically and confidently confirmed that we did send the right things and agreed that the checklist was confusingly worded. So we are hopeful.
Yes let's hope we get CC about the same time! Soloenta was saying that 54 days appears to be the sweet spot at the moment for document signoffs which would bring you to about now!

The instructions said that the petitioner should send a corrected AOS to the applicant to be brought to the interview.
Effectively, you are already done with NVC, they are just telling you that the applicant must bring a corrected AOS as to what this letter is telling you to correct. If you notice, the letter clearly says that you should NOT submit the AOS to NVC cause they want the applicant to bring that to the embassy during the interview.
    Congratulations!

You spent 49 days from the time your IV packaged was received and stayed 3 months in NVC.
Your progress was good. Did you have a checklist?

This is from the perspective of me being within the new process.
As they mentioned in the website, allow 15 days to process DS261 before proceeding to the next step which is payment of fees. September 24, is my 15th day from DS261 submission and I called NVC around 10:30AM (Sept 24th of US date and time). The rep took my details as the usual and then verified the email addresses of my nominated address/agent which is my son. Then told me, we will invoice the IV fee today and will send email to your agent. Then I ask when will it be available to pay online, the rep said within 3 days. In short, what was mentioned in the new process seems to be accurate, at least for my case which is just a recent filer. Thanks.

Good for you. Don't have IV bill yet. NVC rep said wait for 5 days.

If the NVC new process is telling the truth, it should be 15 days. As it was mentioned there: "Please wait for 15 days before continuing to the next step", which is the payment of the fees. Just my two cents.

I just got this feeling those August scan dates will progress significantly in the next days. And that likely will have a lot of CC for these guys.
I already saw one with September NVC received date who have her IV billed already which was fairly quick.
For me an indication that NVC is really trying to catch up. So am positive the August guys will get CC very soon.

    Hi ,
Just want to ask, have they billed you for the IV fee as well? Have you already paid for the IV fee too when you received this email?
    Thanks.

Thanks! Appreciate your clarification. This helps a lot.
I will have to start collecting now all docs needed for both packages while waiting for the case number and IIN.
Though what I am just missing now is the police clearance, it better to start applying for it and have the docs ready for submission.
Will call later to check case number and IIN. Hope it's available already.
Let's hope these changes will affect the wait time for everyone. Although ours is moving pretty well, a lot in the forum has been waiting for quite a while now.
Hope's the changes moves everybody's case in a better pace.

    Is that so?..
We are to call anyway as we know the 30/60 days are standard scripts. Let's see how we move as we just have a day difference. We could at least benchmark. Btw, mine is IR-5, but opted to join this tread anyways as a lot of learning are available here.. Good Luck to us.. Cheers!..
