Send a complete copy of your return, everything you would have needed to mail your return the IRS instead of e-filing. If the want something more from you, they will send an RFE asking for it.
There is no time limit/deadline in which to file for AOS. As long as you married within 90 days then you are eligible to file based on your approved I-129F petition and fulling the requirements of the K-1 visa. However, you will be out of status and begin to accrue unlawful presence between your I-94 expiring and filing for AOS. Once you file for AOS, you then enter a period of authorized stay while waiting for your green card approval.

Sounds like you're more about the green card rather than the marriage. Marriage first, than worry about the green card. Where are you living? How are you surviving? Are you certain that you're still married? Is he in contact with you?

Your current status is "applicant for adjustment of status" -- or, more briefly, "adjustment applicant."

Have you visited each other multiple times? It seems too many people only meet once then get engaged, to me that is a huge red flag. How do you know someone whom you've met once! Words on the internet can be sweet and also lies. I don't know if this is your situation or not. Don't rush into anything- you are filing out legal documents.

Hello, what was the email address you used to contact the embassy? I've been trying to contact them via phone and I've had no luck and high phone bills...

When I called ustraveldocs it even says the price is $240 and the sheet that he printed out from the website that he needed to take to bank even said $240 even though it says the fee is $265. Clearly the embassy doesn't communicate with the bank about fee changes.

As many of you are aware, the Haitian Embassy is going to start using www.ustraveldocs.com/ht to schedule interviews. That means that when you're ready, you're responsible for booking your own interview slot rather than them booking it for you. Anyway I was hoping to be done with this stage by the time the new website went live... but it took them 2 weeks to decide that my fiancé was missing some stuff and that they couldn't schedule without it.. So I'm in the middle of the conversion which is not exciting and here's the long and short of it... The new system requires you to print off a special deposit slip and take it to a Sogexpress site - no longer a Sogebank location. They then stamp your deposit slip with a number and you need that number to verify that you paid the fee. After verification, you will be able to book your appointment the next morning. That's all fine and good unless you're like us. My fiancé paid his visa fee three weeks ago at a Sogebank and has a receipt to prove it but that receipt isn't any good in the new system.
So for those of us in the middle of this process (aka already paid the fee w/o the deposit slip but without an appointment) the question is what do we do now? Will the embassy book our interview or will we have to go to Sogexpress with the Sogebank receipt and the special deposit slip to get it stamped and THEN go try to register for an appointment? And the really frustrating part to me is that no one can actual provide an answer. I did email the embassy tonight but we all know how that's going to go... I'll hopefully have an answer in a month or maybe two And I'm going to have my fiancé call them on Monday (though it's a Federal holiday or maybe Tuesday) to see if he can get a better answer. If anyone stumbles across the answer or has been caught in the middle of a conversion like this before, please share! - And yes, this post was more about venting my frustration at the moment than it is actually getting advice as it seems pretty unlikely that there's any to be had.
And the new call center is open from 8 am to 7 pm ET (I'm pretty sure) and the contact numbers are:
    Haiti: +(509) 4744-4444
    USA: 1-703-544-7842

Haiti also requires that you submit the I-134 Affidavit of Support from your fiance. And they want it with the Packet 3 information. The people at the Haitian Messenger are right, it probably will delay your interview but this is one of those things that has to have an original signature of the petitioner from the US on it. They also want the supporting evidence - I'm not sure what the minimum amount of supporting evidence they require is. We included my letter of employment, 2 pay stubs, W2 and 1040 from 2013, a letter from my bank, and a couple screen shots of my online banking showing deposits from the last few months. I would get ahold of your fiance and have them send it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. And personally, I wouldn't attempt to submit the packet 3 without it. You might be able to submit it at the interview but you also might get denied for not providing it. I wouldn't take the chance. But whatever you decide, good luck!

I thought it might be a good idea to start a topic for all of those who have recently received NOA2s, so we can keep track of how fast the NVC and various embassies are processing things.

I'm not the best person to answer this since my fiancé just submitted his Packet 3 on Friday but here's the way we did it... We got a police certificate (and a police statement because he got hauled off a tap tap and questioned) but he's known a couple guys who were approved for a K-1 this year who didn't do the police certificate. I don't think it was that expensive and it might be worth including just because.
The birth certificate I believe you do need to have translated but I could be wrong.
As for the medical, he got his done on a Friday and they made him wait a week before he could pick it up. And now that it's at the Haitian Messenger they told him that it would be two weeks before he could pick up his Packet 4. So I say go get it done now. Besides, the embassy still schedules appointments (until at least October 11th) so they'll make sure that there is two weeks between the medical and the interview. But the sooner you get it done, the sooner your two week wait can be done.
There are lots of other folks on here who have gone through the process and will tell you their experience. But their experience is their experience so listen to what everyone has to say and then do what you think is best. Good luck to you!!

You can obtain The police certificate in 2 weeks. go to DGI delmas 19 with a copy of your passport to buy the recepisse( it cost 28 Gdes) and with this, 2 photos, birth certificate, a photocopy of the passport you Go to DCPJ at Clercine.
Sometimes, the person who is in charge to sign the PC is not available. so the sooner you request it the better it is.
I think it is valid for us immigtation for 1 year.

Everyone just try to keep your spirits up. This process is a long one, but it's well worth it. Understand that Processing Times change all the time. For ex: From NOA1 to Interview Date (Cita) used to be 5-6 months total. Still, I have seen it around 8-9 months as well.
Sometimes Service Centers get backed up. There are many factors (we) cannot control. The best thing you can do is focus on maintaining a HEALTHY, LOVING, AND ACTIVE RELATIONSHIP with your long-distance partner and prepare for your Interview. I know it's easier said then done, but this is part of the process in bringing you two together (hopefully forever). Once they arrive, you you get married, a whole new process begins with USCIS, outside of learning how to live together, one partner working more then the other, balancing life, goals, etc.
My advice would be to STAY ENCOURAGED. Your time will come. And if all else fails, come back here and vent as much as you need to. We'll back you up.

You're whining while others have waited nearly a year or more...and you have seen a few cases go through in far less time. The rhyme to the reason is...is your fiance from the typhoon affected area? If not, then, your case is likely to be the normal 5 month plus process. Sure...you want to be with your beloved anytime soon...like everyone else...different circumstances for everyone. You simply cannot begin to predict what USCIS, NVC or the Embassy will do at any stage of the process. You can try contacting your congressman or senator to see if they can help out. Mine did. Good luck with that...you're within "normal" processing time...not likely to get much attention. So...you might want to spend your time looking into the future steps and procedures of the process and prepare for that ahead of time...as much as you can. There's much to consider and pay attention to!
    Good Luck!!!
