  1. Fan_dancer ...I never mentioned passport in my post ..our child is a u.s citizen and lives in the u.s ..thank you

I know you didn't. I was talking about this:

Well if you are a citizen of US and your child was born in US why didn't you just get the baby's passport?

How were you able to take baby out the country? With just the Birth certificate?

  2. The relevance is that the COs are suspicious about the son not being biologically of the couple, and thus likely suspicious of the whole relationship. It is quite unusual to ask for a DNA test on a US citizen child (assuming the child has his US passport), so the questions dwheels asked are claryfying that.

It is also confusing because the OP says that the son was born in the USA, but that they live together, but are applying for a K1.

That part was very clear. I did not understand the question about the child's passport.

  3. When was your medical taken? Add one year to that and you will find the expiration date.

I guess by "expired last July" you mean the 90 days expired, which makes me think your entrance to the US was in late April, which makes me think your interview and medical were-obviously - before that. Therefore, I think you need a new medical, as the old one expired.

  4. 1. No, I think that is for minors who are in care of their parents. You leave it blank.

    2. You can either put down N/A or same as physical address.

    3. Yes, because it says "or" not "and', therefore if you are in one of those 3 cases, you have to answer "yes". It doesn't automatically mean that if you are in removal you are also in "deportation, or rescission proceedings". Can I ask, how come you are in removal?
