  1. Hi guys and girls! Can someone please help me understand the Trend/ Volume chart on the USCIS website for TSC, I'm looking at it now and it shows:

    All other pending: 8,203

    Awaiting customer Action: 366

    Completions: 1,051

    receipts: 2,291

    So, In my mind,

All other pending: 8,203 EDIT: (Total petitions all together?)

Awaiting customer Action: 366 (Total RFE)

    Completions: 1,051 ( Total NOA2)

receipts: 2,291 (I honestly don't know what this means, NOA1?)

If you guys can help me learn it abit more, I'd very much appreciate it :)

  2. If this is the case, does anyone know of anything I can do to preempt this mistake? This is about to potentially turn really depressing.

I honestly don't know, All I can think of is to wait for the RFE (That if, You even get one) and get ready to have an original signature so you can send it straight back to avoid any more delays, I'm sorry, I'm not much help to you, Hopefully someone with better knowledge can help you :)

  3. This has me worried because we submitted our letters of intent as scanned copies. I have yet to receive an RFE and would hate to wait 5+ months only to be told that the letters of intent are unacceptable. I'm scared out my pants now.

Sorry, But I have also read that it must be an original signature, not scanned or anything, Same thing with the Affidavit of support :/ If I'm wrong, Someone please correct me :)

  4. Well, at least it is going by fast... :)

Funny enough, It has gone fast for me, These 2 Months, I last saw him April 12th at DFW airport when he dropped me off, We cried and said goodbye, We are hoping that we will be together before Christmas, We have our hopes up, Even though TSC is slow, just hoping it'll pick up :)

  5. Hi all- I received the NOA2 in the MAIL today. No update on the website and no email or text notification either, which I had signed up for.

I am beyond excited. I hope all the rest of the Feb filers get theirs soon. I know seeing these hurts.

Oh wow! A Feb filler at TSC and is not from the Philippines got an NOA2! YAAAAAY! Well done, Awesome news for both of you, Hope the rest of your journey speeds up so you two can be together :)

    Take care.

    XD

  6. I just finished contacting my congressman here in NJ, his rep told me that it was too soon for them to send an inquiry but whoever has more than the 4,.5 months mark, can call their respective congressman and ask for it to be checked on!!!!! Please do so, IT WORKS!!!!

Ahhh! That sucks! How long till your at the 4.5 Month mark? We have another 2.5 Months to go till our 4.5 Mark :/ But will draft a letter around the 4 Months mark :) Stay positive pal and good luck :)

  7. Couldn't agree with you more! I (naively) thought that being from the UK might have some sort of positive influence - low fraud, financially secure etc etc but we hit our 5 month mark today.

Keep smiling everyone, we will get there and, as my dad says - nothing worthwhile is ever easy.

Same here, I thought that with the UK as well.. Don't think it's really true ^_^

  8. Hello JJPG

I'd like to share this information with my fince he live in NY.. I am a March Filer according with my time line maybe i could have my NOA2 between May 24th to June 27th and my fiance sented th package to Dallas lockbox then he got the receipt with our # starting with SRC I think my case is on Texas Service Centre i dont know I am a lil concern I really really would like to talk with somebody and is truth we Paid for our servise.

Hi there! If it start with SRC you are being processed at TSC, I myself am also a March filler and for me VJ says around May- June, But personally I won't listen to it and get your hopes up or anything, That is just an estimate on other peoples timelines, which most of them have been processed at CSC but thought they were at TSC. :)

  9. Hi There!

People have called TSC and they are saying they are on petitions around November, Nobody knows the exact date cause they tell everyone different days.

I would honestly think about contacting your local senator just near the 5 month mark (If you haven't heard anything yet)

VJ's is NOT a reliable resource for how long it will take, I have seen ALOT of people saying on their timeline that they were processed at TSC, But in fact they were at CSC and I want to scream at them for (Excuse my language) ###### up igor's list, Another was the expedite petitions from the Philippines.

I'd get ready to call them up when your 5 Month is up :)

Good Luck with everything else ^_^

  10. I happened to be sitting on this page from my earlier post

    http://ww.whitehouse.gov/issues/immigration/stories

and I decided that since the White House was asking for stories about immigration and since "President Obama is committed to common-sense reform that fixes our broken immigration system", I would share my current events K1 story about this particular "broken" part of the system. It may get routed into the quack trash, but maybe there's a small chance someone will notice the K1 petitions.

I have and a few other people have done this, You should send something in along with us, Explaining the situation, More the merrier :)

  11. I think the link in the OP provided a great template for writing to representatives. It's over a year old now though, and I'm sure some of the information has changed. Also, we would need statistics relevant to TSC. I wish I knew how to pull all that together, but if someone else does know and can do it then it might make it easier for TSC folks to act.

I know that Immigration Reform is a hot topic right now, but I wonder if the representatives who are sitting on those committees are even aware of what is happening to folks like us who are following the legal process and getting put off? I'm not sure if we write to any/all of the congressmen on the committees they'll listen unless we're constituents. Does anyone know? Anyhow, I can only really write when I'm angry, and there are a few things bothering me that almost have me stirred up enough to write because I think they are what has recently affected the K1 process.

    These are:

    1) The NY Times Article from Feb 2014 which talks about the delay in I130 processing. This particular expose seems to have ignited a fire in the USCIS, because early February seems to be when the slowdown in K1 processing began, and the processing centers have managed to get "caught up" (to their stated desired 5 month average) on the I130s since then. I can only think that's one of the reasons the K1 petitions have fallen by the wayside. (Also see this blog post.) Anyhow, now that they are "caught up" with the I130s, are they going to go back to giving priority to Obama's deportation deferrals (referenced in the NY TImes article) or will they address the backlog I think they created in the other visa areas? Like the spouse/family visas, I think we should take priority as legal residents and citizens.

    2) Will this new push for immigration reform address the K1 petitions, or will they fall through the cracks?

    3) Are they expediting K1 petitions from the Philippines even without an expedite request? I keep seeing posts about Filipino beneficiaries getting their NOA2s as a complete surprise. And is TSC the only service center processing these?

Hi There! If you go on Igor's list, Or even better The USCIS website, There is a graph on there showing their petitions and approved/Pending etc etc, You could compare it against CSC, I think a few people have mentioned this issue with their senator surely they will look into this?

I think they are expediting cases from the Philippines without a request, That is only because of the typhoon that happened there.

I don't know what will be the outcome of this, but hopefully it will be resolved, I don't mind early approvals for people, I am happy about that, It just 2 Months or under is bloody ridiculous while TSC have to wait 5 Months or more, When they can easily transfer some petitions to CSC and make it fair on everyone, Cause we are all in the same boat and the same journey.
