received my GC today, it only took a day since my last card production status. Thanks VJ friends' support during this journey. Waiting is always painful, but as long as the marriage is truthful, you will get what you deserve. Now, think i will come back in 2years when filing for 10 year card.

Hiroshi, I received an email 8/16 that my card was mailed and I received it today 8/18. It's going to be in a usps priority mail.

We got approved!! Noa1 date 12/26/14 got an email saying we welcome letter was maile. were approved on 07/07/15! :')

Also I had some help from US reps cause USCIS wouldn't give me information about my case when I called.

I want to go to college here in the US, I don't know if I can take out a student loan over here? I came over on a k1 visa, I don't know if it will affect our AOS application. Am I allowed to get a student loan out or does my husband have to pay for it? Cause of the affidavit of support form, I'm just worried it will affect something, Can anyone help me out?

You should be receiving the EAD-AP combo card (in case you applied also for the Advance Parole) in 1 or 2 weeks. It takes about 1 month (from the moment they inform you card is being produced) or less to receive it in the mail. I don't think they will update further after that.

Yes, I already have the AP, It's just a notice of action, Saying it's been approved and what I should do with it when I re enter the US.

That was the last update, Is this normal? I don't know if they have sent it but the site isn't updated or something. How many days did it take for your EAD to appear in the mail after an update?

Is it possible that uscis hasn't updated their site for my ead card, I have the AP, it's just a letter, But it said on march 18th that the card has been ordered to be produced. There hasn't been any update to say it's been sent or any tracking info.. is this slow or is it just the site not updated?

yes. First it said that my card was ordered to be produced and 6 days later it said card was mailed to me. The same they at night it chances to usps has picked up your card with a tracking number. It said it's a 2 day priority delivery but its already here. Took just one day and I am in Arizona.

Finally today usps picked up my ead card. It says expected delivery on thursday march 19th.

It got approved on march 11th.

Do you get any notification when uscis has mailed your ead card?

Just received an update, My EAD has been ordered! :')

USCIS has got the rfe back and says that there should be an update before May 11th, Hopefully my ead will be approve soon.

EAD Expidited - February 27th.

We are sending back the RFE today, So uscis will have it back tomorrow, And hopefully I can expidite my ead once again.

That is why I am confuse about your RFE. We didnt get it by now

We didnt send nothing for 2014., because we did taxes for 2014. two days ago

We didn't either because it was 2014 when we sent in our aos petition and he didn't do his taxes till beginning of February. I don't know why they are asking for 2014 now, When 2013,2012,2011. 6 months worth of pay slip.

We got our rfe today and it says.

"USCIS received a w2 wage and income transcript, but must have a copy of the federal form 1040 or tax transcript"

Turns out they wanted a complete 2014 form 1040 and 2014 tax transcript

They sent the first rfe in mid January,Over a month before he had his w2 from work, They didn't specify 2014, They said recent tax year which was 2013, Which we did send, 2013, 2012 and 2011.

Any input On why they asked for something we didn't have at the time and for the 90 days to reset?

Second rfe, Request for initial evidence was mailed on March 7th. I guess we got to wait and see what more info they want, we gave them everything they asked for, the first one was for Evidence to support the affidavit of support, we sent w2, 3 years worth of IRS tax transcripts, 6 months worth of wage slips, I haven't got a clue what this second one can be and to top it off I don't know if this will hold up the expedite request for my EAD? I know I will lose this job if I don't receive it soon. Any suggestions other than to wait for the letter?

Does anyone have any advice? I spoke to a tier 2 officer today and he said to confirm if they have had the fax I sent on Friday, That I should fax a letter to Missouri Centre asking them, which seems pointless? Cause how do I know they have got it. How long does it normally take for an expidite to get accepted or denied?

It doesn't hurt.. We did! Call and ask if they can see whether or not your fax was received..

Already have, Just waiting for a tier 2 to call me back Let's hope I get some answers or anything. Lol!

We expedited AP - what happened on our side was that once the AP was approved on the 26th, the statuses for all our interactions with regards to the expedite were suddenly there.. So basically, when the AP was approved on the 26th, the below appeared.. We saw saw no updates (not on site, not on sms or by email) about anything until the expedite request was approved. We actually called on the 26th to follow up, and they said an officer would call us back in 30 minutes. The officer said that he would do everything he could to get this approved quickly - and then we got the text/email notification about an hour later that it was approved.

Today we got word that my wife's EAD was in the mail (no tracking number was given). Things are progressing nicely, hopefully there will be no snags at our interview on the 30th.

Hello! On February 27th I requested to expidite my EAD due to a job offer I have, I got an email few hours later asking for a letter stating the job offer etc. I faxed it to the USCIS. They said to allow 5 business, I know it hasn't passed the 5 days yet, I am asking does the status change online to say they have gotten the fax or anything to let me know they got it and working on it? I called on Monday to confirm, But they said they will email the place that handles it and they will send me and email back, So far I have heard nothing from USCIS, I'd appreciate some help or advice? Can I do anything on my half?

Does the online status change when you put in an expidite request in? Just wondering. I called Friday and asked to expidite my EAD and faxed everything to them, Just wondering if the fax actually went through.

I've put an expidite request in, Cause I got the job this morning, And I've faxed a letter to USCIS, do hopefully I will hear about my EAD next week
