I read they are working November filers. But also read that are working early December Filers and now a January Filer with a RFE???? I don't know what is happening with TSC. I'm so confuse with what month TSC is really working.
It's mainly nov/dec fillers, but I know someone in January/February and one in march from TSC has gotten their NOA2
-
no youre probably right with that, it would make sense too its just so frustrating when the dates jump around so much and we dont know what information to believe, moving into the fifth month for most of us im sure were all hoping to see alot more january dates being thrown out, knowing nothing is the worst part [/quote
I know it must be frustrating for y'all, Im only a march filler, I have until August 11th then I can complain. Hah! It's not fair when they jump around like this, Make it fair on everyone, if someone is waiting from Nov/Dec they should fly through those then fly through the Jan/Feb cause it's just noy fair on y'all, I really really hope you hear something soon, I know it isn't much but I really do wish the best for everyone

this is an absolute joke, ive been following this thread since we applied late January and im sure the only date they've given us is November… what on earth is going on there?! Backlog or not, why has it taken them 4-5 months and yet they are still working on November apps? either they are giving us false information or they truly are short staffed big time, losing hope here..
I honestly think that when they give out a day/ Month etc, It's just that Month that adjudicator is on, I've seen more December approvals this Month, Some from January and even one in February Even one from March, All of them are at TSC and not at CSC (Made sure myself) So Maybe one adjudicator is on November while 1 is on December? That is my honest opinion about it all, They can't give us an exact Month cause they are all working on different Months. I don't know if that is the truth, no hate. lol! Just my opinion on it

My fiancee doesn't remember some of her exact dates from her college as she started and stopped multiple times, and never actually completed her degree. Will this be a huge deal on the DS-160 as it asks for specific dates. She hasn't had much success with contacting the registrar of the school.
So do we worry or are estimated dates ok?
Does it ask that? Hmm... I hope it won't be an issue cause same for me, I only did 1 year at uni and just didn't go back. What other questions do they ask on it?
Do you have some examples?
-
Yes 5 months is still official but the recent approvals I've seen are 4.5-6 months.
Aye! I've noticed approvals of around that time frame or just over 5 Months, But if you look at it now, It's not that long, We're in June now
Sooo time for me to go to work to save some money
-
Yes!!! I saw their journey too someone from HK
Yeah! That person, I'm not taking it as a good sign for us though, Since they have most of Jan/Feb to do before ours, So I'm following their thread to see how fast they can get through them
Hitting 3 Months in a week and few days, Then 2 More Months till the 5 Month mark, Even though we most probably won't hear anything, But still, It won't take that long after the 5 Month mark

Hey guys/Girls! Hope all is well
I was casually looking on Igor's list and someone from March (Think 3rd of March) Got their NOA2, Now, I looked at their profile and the petitioner lived in Florida and the beneficiarie lived in Hong Hong, I never knew someone from March got approved and they were at TSC as well

We have almost identical timelines and being the agreeable sort that I am...I will go off script this once. I hope you are wrong concerning Christmas
Let's hope for October or so.
Same here, I'm hoping (and it's a big hope) for end of October/ Middle of November,

This. Call them or email them when you can.
PMSL!!! Sorry, That has made my night! :') Thanks!
-
boo is just a cute name lol no they didn't keep his passport all they said after the interview is we will call you. they didn't approve or deny the case. some people say its a good sign others say its not I don't know. I wanted to email them and see whats going on
Hmmmm.. That is strange, Cause normally they would keep the passport to stamp the visa in and send it via a courier back, I would try to call them and see what is going on, Just so that you know where you stand.
Good luck
-
Thanku. I will get my fiancee to call them tomorrow. And what timeline is there?
You timeline, Is the time it took from your NOA1 - NOA2 - NVC - The Medical - The Interview - The visa - The Port Of Entry - Marriage.
If you click on your username in the top right corner, There will be a "My Timeline" Button and just fill out the dates there, It will help other people
If you need anymore help, Just ask away
-
Right, So your Fiancée/ Fiancé had his/ her interview for the K1 visa? But they didn't give him/ her the passport back? If that is what you're trying to tell us, Then if they have kept the visa, I guess that would be a good sign? Did the guy/ girl officer who did the interview tell you that the visa was granted?
EDIT: Please fill in your timeline, It helps others
-
They will give you a 2 year Green card, After that you will go through the USCIS steps of lifting the conditions from your green card, Then if you're approved you'll get a 10 year green card, Hope that helps a little, Sorry if it's not enough, It's all I know

Hi
My fiancee received approval from uscis on April 9th and that it has been sent to nvc. It's been there since and still haven't heard from them should we start calling them or be patient and wait?
Hi there, Yes you should call NVC + Could you fill out your timeline please, It helps other people
Thanks in advance

My bad.. I posted a link of one of the thread here.. She/he talked about on how we could get the attention of the director of tsc.. That person said we should send a letter directly to the director of the tsc.. That's all..
One from January? So they started to process the January filers? This a good sign..
Yes, One person from JAN from TSC has gotten their NOA2 Around 2 weeks ago? Or a bit less
-
Another Month has started, Let's all hope that all DEC/JAN start to get their NOA2 so they can move on to FEB/MARCH. I have seen a handful of people from nov and 1 from Jan getting theirs, So this must be a good sign
-
Thank you! We are very excited!
I'd be as well
-
So happy! we got our approval today after almost 6 months of waiting!
Oh wow! Well done! So chuffed for you! Hope the rest of your journey goes smoothly for you!
-
TSC March?! I am january filler and still waiting
and waiting
and we didnt hear nothing from January 15th when they changed Alien Number. Idk why March people are so excited . ... and waiting
Because we are all in this together... dont be negative, we know the reality of it all, you're a January,so you should have your NOA2 soon.
-
I really hope that this happens for you all! Mikey and I share the same birthday and it just passed. We're hoping to at least get to spend Christmas together. Here's to hoping TSC picks up the pace.
Exactly! I want to spend my first Christmas with him! Not over skype :') I'd be extremely happy if that dream will come true :')

Yes, actually!
http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/489205-april-2014-filers/page-14
An April filer is at NSC, and they actually have like ~1,400 petitions there. Strange!
Are these new petitions or transferred from TSC? or we don't know. :/ Hmmm... This is strange, But good news I hope?
-
What has happened? I'm lost, Has a I129f petition got transferred?
-
8 months for NOA2 is not unheard of; those who filed around 2011/2012 had to wait about that long, I hope that doesn't happen for us though!
My fiance came and went with no NOA2, it's what we expected but not what we wanted
Good byes are so hard, that better be the last one!
Awwww! That sucks! Hang in there, Hope you hear from TSC soon, I'll jump for joy the day you get it
sending good vibes towards you

I totally agree...
I find it really strange that people are given a k1 visa after only meeting once in the last 2 years... I find the whole thing really strange.
I do understand that there are some relationships that are very genuine and in this situation but thousands?
My partner and I have discussed it at length and my same answer is always that I would want to come back home if anything happened to our relationship. (Granted, we have lived together for close to 5 years so we are pretty solid!)
I mean, look at the forums. Why are there so many of 1 particular country coming on a spouse visa? Why after their first attempt at 'Love' do they question if there new relationship can now sponsor them because the first one didn't work out? Doesn't that scream 'I'm trying to get a greencard'???
Look at the VAWA posts, there are literally thousands of comments on some of the posts. Its like a hand book of how to scam.
I just don't understand why the government would let people in when they clearly don't know the person they are 'in love' with and able to commit their life too.
Anyways, I'm sure people will disagree with this whole post and the comments I have made but that just my take.
Im open to hearing others incite to give me a grater understanding of something I have no experience with!
That exactly how we see it, We talked about it, I asked if he would like to come to the UK with me, But since he has a stable job and family etc etc and I have pretty much nothing except for family, We both agreed that I'd go to the US, but If anything would happen between us, I'd fly back home cause I don't want the greencard, I only want to be with him (Cheesy, right?) But That how I see it, I don't care where in the world we are just as long as I have him with me
