Do not file the I-539.
If you file the I-130 & I-485, she can stay. In fact, she must stay in the US until she has AP or a green card. If she leaves the US after you file the I-485 without AP, she will automatically abandon the process. Make sure you file for AP, I-131, and her EAD, I-765.

hsp_1221 got a reaction from Zombie69 in N-400 and I-751 combo pending
Sharing my recent Combo Interview experience.
First of all, when I got my interview letter it was just for I751 and nothing was mentioned about N400. I have tried to contact Tier 2 officer multiple times but never got call back. I even sent an online inquiry but did not get a reply.
I went for an interview with my wife and our baby. It was a very short interview and the officer told us that your baby trumps everything. Officer was very nice. Once he said that I751 been accepted, he asked me if I would like to do N400 interview as well. I was like yes please. lol
It started with 6 questions, Reading a line and writing a line followed by yes-no questions.
An officer explained to me everything about the next step and that's all.
Biggest thanks to VJ members which made this whole process very successful.
I wish everyone best luck in their process.

Thanks, My online account is showing me old update and my old biometric date for some reason it does not display latest update.
I am planning to give them call and find out more information.

You could move to a district where their application timeline is shorter!
But...you must have lived there (in the state or USCIS district) for at least 3 months before you can apply for N-400!

It would be allocated based on your location. If you can financially and/or logistically arrange a residence near a field office with short processing times, that might be an effective strategy to getting your application examined sooner. Good luck.
Note, if you do shop for a field office by setting up a residence, make sure you put in a change of address for any other pending applications, such as i751.

The earliest date you’ll be able to file will be 9/4/2018, provided all other conditions are met as mentioned by Scandi above.
