    This is better than even drugs!!! Ahahhahahahahahhaha it feels soooooooo goooooood!!! Imagine when this is over on the interview .... I ll have a hurt attack!

    I woke up at 7 and i saw an email and my fiance was trying to call me and tell me ... And then i started jump on the bed and dance!!!! I fall down i got up and dance again ahhahahahahahahahahahahahaha

    Sad for the situation of the family, but very happy for the two of you!Very nice to see happy, nice endings to the immigration, yes you have some to go, but, you deserve a big, "congrats!"

    Financial hardship expedites are VERY difficult to get approved. I think in all my time on VJ I've only seen one, maybe two.

    Now u will see 3 approved..

    Cause our expedite for financial loss was approved on Monday

    And yesterday may 8 we got OUR NOA2.

    I'm sure you can have it expedited now because your daughter's one has been approved and you want them together. Put in another request.

    Know that i love u! Haha u are my lucky charm.

    Guys! If u want to expedite ur case... Just try again... And again... It has to do with the person u talk in the beginning and if he is on mood to write the case down. Someone of them they say u cant expedite sorry and they hang up the phone. Some others they just type few lines and they really dont care some others they say we ll do the best we can for u im so sorry for ur situation wish to ur fiance to stay hold and wish u guys all the best. That was our guy on the second time we requested an expedite,

    Try guys! Maybe u can get expedite and get ur papers really quick. Here when u try to ask about expedite ur case and most of them they try to eat u alive. They say NO U CANT. and thats it. Like u are going to cheat their position or something. But when u have something really important and u need an expedite... Well yes! Then u must expedite!!!

    They only care about Philipines that get expedite and they are always sweet and kind when they talk about those expedites.

    But when someone gets expedite and is not Philipines they hate u and be like "no u cant expedite blah blah'

    Well.... Uscis found serius that my step father kick me out the house and i have no a place to stay and no money cause im unemployed and that greece right now has 24% unemployed ppl and they expedite us!!

    Maybe ur case is more important than this! And uscis will approve it! JUST try!!!!

    Each one of u are special individuals and what u have deep inside ur heart .... Will never no one will understand!!

    What i learnt since 7 years old is that i had to start take care of myself and that nobody will fight for u more than urself.

    Even ur parents! Get up all of u here stand up and fight for ur rights!

    I am starting a topic for Consular filing in Athens. Anyone that has questions about filing in Greece please write here.

    Please be aware when filing in Greece the US citizen must also submit a Greek Tax return translated in english from the 'metafrastiko' in thisio, so as to fullfill the right to file at the embassy

    Who asked for tax returned??? I hear this for first time.

    Expedites only work at uscis-to-NVC stage. Then from NVC to embassy, the process is as everybody else's. NOA2 should be delivered in about 2-3 weeks (could be faster). Then another 2 weeks for NVC to receive it and assign a case number and then they will send your case files to the consulate where the interview will take place.

    Ahhhh, I get it now. Not sure on when most likely you will receive the NOA2, since you are an expedite case. But when you get it, the next steps should be as what is written on the flowchart. Link is in my above response.

    Then maybe people who had their interview at the embassy in Greece can hopefully give you more helpful insight.

    So after we get noa2 our case will go to the nvc more as an expedite? Or we ll have to do it again? How exactly expedite works? Like how soon they make ur pappers ?

    Will we have to call nvc after to expedite our case??

    No no noooo... I mean that ok we got the expedite approved so now whats next?? In how many days we ll get noa2? Cause me and my fiancé got soooo happy and dance and laugh and cry ahhahahaha but after a while we realized that we dont have noa2 still hahahaha

    It's a relief!!! After all those 8 months i havent see my fiancé and all those fights with my family that they dont want me .... It's a relief that soon this bad dream will end and i ll be with my man. Since i came back in my country i got a lot of weight cause of my stress. I was 57kg and now im 72.

    Some ppl deal better with this situation but for me is really hard! Is really hard to know that ur father doesnt want u cause u get marry with a non greek and especially a black guy. Is hard to fight with ur step father for no reason kick u out the house and have no where to go. And not have a date of when u will leave...

    Great great news for me and my wonderful fiancé.

    We just call USCIS to see whats going on with our expedite request and they told us that our request is approved 3 days ago they just havent email us yet!!!

    Thats soooooooo wonderful!!! :)

    Was the second time we requested an expedite the first for medical reasons(denied) and the second time was for financial loss.

    We requested the expedite on Monday 28 April and we got an email on Friday May 2 to send them more evidence. Re replied right away with an email but we didnt gear anything back. So we just called uscis and told us that they approved it and soon we ll get an email(i guess noa2).

    Reason of financial loss.

    I'm unemployed since June 2013 and i dont live on my own anymore. I love with my mother and my step father and we have a lot of problems. So we said that my fiancé is the one that supports me financially and that my step father kick me out the house so we cant afford to rent an apartment. We send evindence that of the crisis 24% are unemployed that I'm not able to find a job even part time we sent paypal screenshots from money my fiancé is sending me plus screenshots of ticket prices and hotel prices thats show that my fiancé needs over 5.000$ At least to visit me for a week.

    Im sooooo happy we got approved! Thank God or whatever exist up there...
