  1. Congrats on a successful DCF process. Good Luck!
  2. My wife only sent the minimum required evidence when she filed by mail back in 2018. I believe it was a marriage certificate and copies of her GC front and back.
  3. But it is not a government mandate.
  4. First of all, take a deep breath. Sure I understand it can seem daunting, but if you have studied the 100 questions, you should be fine and probably have a better grasp of US civics than many who were born here. I am not sure there are common questions, and it would be hard to compile a list of those, so you just need to know them all. As to documents asked for, in my wife's case the IO did not ask for any documents. Also my niece and nephew that came over on DVs recently naturalized (5yr rule) and they were not asked for any documents. Good Luck!
  5. Not a lot of stories here for an I751 for an adult child, but since she received her GC through you and your USC spouse, I would include the evidence you submitted with your package. Good Luck!
  6. We have seen stories of divorce lawyers using the presence of an I864 as leverage to get a spousal support agreement in the divorce settlement.
  7. Yes, Happy Veterans Day! Thanks to all who have serves in the US military.
  8. Wait, I was told by the MSM that this was all a hoax. Are you saying we cannot believe the information being put forth by the MSM?
  9. Happy Birthday! US MARINE CORPS CELEBRATING 249TH BIRTHDAY https://www.yahoo.com/news/us-marine-corps-celebrating-249th-134206402.html
  10. If they have the details, I would list it since you described them as being hired. Good Luck!
  11. Should not be an issue. Your only challenge may be language as in Hong Kong you will most likely need to do the interview in English, but it appears you have a decent grasp. Btw, my now wife and I only had two in person meetings when I filed the I129F, and our third meeting was when I met her in Moscow for her interview (back in 2014 Moscow was still open). Good Luck!
  12. For submission, I would include a few per month from when you met, and then take the rest with you to the interview (if you have one). Good Luck!
  13. Yes, it was a big headache for that member. This story is the main reason many here recommend waiting at least a couple of days to submit an I751 or N400 after the early filing window opens up.
  14. Interesting, that wasn't the case in 2018.
  15. I suppose if Hawai'i doesn't work out he can try Alaska, or Guam.
  16. It really depends on your definition of a traditional Republican. If you mean someone that goes to DC and eventually caves to whatever the Democrats want, then definitely McCain and Romney fit that bill. Someone needs to try and reign in the bloated federal bureaucracy, now I am not sure Trump will be able to do it, but he has a better chance than any Democrat or Republican DC establishment type.
  17. Filing the N400 does not extend the validity of your physical GC. I assume you have a 10yr GC, so you should file the I90 to get updated proof of your status. Good Luck!
  18. I agree, the WoM may be the only option to get USCIS moving. As in the attached threads, @igoyougoduke lays it out fairly well, so if you are confident in pulling together the information needed, you can do it yourself. Otherwise, look for a lawyer. Good Luck!
  19. This seems best here. There is something quite wrong with what he says, but I can’t quite put my finger on it.
  20. I tend to agree with you about tariffs, the costs will be passed on to the consumers much the same way corporate taxes are passed on to the consumers. That being said, when there is unfair trade, something needs to be done, and tariffs (wto is a joke) seem to be the main tool.
  21. Here is a similar case, but here the applicant had an interview. Do you have a very common name that could delay background checks (note I am not asking you to actually give me your name)? Good Luck!
  22. The conference rooms at the Bee must be amazing right now. I have been entertained by many videos on X right now. Apparently there will be a lot of abstinence occurring over the next four years.
  23. I don't watch Hacking much, but the few times I did he seemed to be fairly anti-Trump. I wonder if he has said anything since Tuesday.
  24. Yes, the I864 may be scrutinized at the interview, and as @Crazy Cat mentioned, anyone filling out an I864 must be a qualified USC or LPR which requires domicile in the US. I would look to find someone else as well. Good Luck!
