I think it is time they quit the expedites with Phillipines because the that disaster is far behind them now. I also heard that alot of phillipines works in the office at uscis so I guess that is the reason. By the way I never heard of the uscis relieving any other nation when diaster strucks.

U won't be trabsferred ur petition was already sent directly to NSC. Only persons from NBC will be transferred.

I could jump for joy right now. I've received my I-797 notice today, actually it is dated Feb 8, 2014...Nov. 15, 2013 filer here. I think they are processing July, August petitions now. They really say February because they don't want petitioners to flood them with telephone calls.

When I called USCIS last month, the guy said they were still on Feb' 13 filers. Has ut updated since then??

I am really hoping that September petitions will be transferred or approved next month, at least that way I know November petitioners will be hearing something soon. This long wait is really depressing especially when your loved ones come to visit then have to leave without you, not fair.
