Hi guys my PD is November 7th 2013 and it seems Nebraska is way behind, so trying to keep myself busy while I wait.

Can I complete the form I-864 while waiting for approval or do I need to wait until NVC sends the form?

Don't get me wrong guys I know I wont be able to send it until I am approved and at NVC stage and all.

Just wanna get everything out as soon as possible when the time comes..

You can go ahead and get everything you need for NVC, it will save time during NVC stage. You can download the I-864 from USCIS website (NVC will not send you this form) and prepare all the supporting documents. good luck!

Make sure you possess all the documents and are aware of what you need for NVC. Not only will it save you time later on, it'll make you feel better during the wait for NOA2. :)
