Question about CR-1 & HIV

I saw your post in another thread from some years ago and wanted to see if you have any information on this?  My spouse is HIV and we are going to CDJ for a medical exam.  From what I  have read, if you're HIV then you have to do 3 sputum cups that take 2 months to result.  Is it better to non-disclose the HIV?  Spouse has had other medical disorders and is under great medical care here in USA and on my health insurance.  Has been tested several times for TB in USA and negative each time.  Beyond HIV, also has a disease similar to MS, has had Syphilis (treated, and Hep C (treated).  Any information would be helpful and/or where else I could look.  Thank you so much for your time!
