To clarify, he has been outside America for two years and has been living with me since then, and the money is a gift from his father

My fiancé is American and he has over a million dollars in his bank, but he’s been out of work since 2019, so he has no tax returns or financial documentation. The only thing I can provide at the k1 visa interview is a bank statement . Is this acceptable at the interview or will they reject this? We want to start a business together in usa. If not, what are some options we have. Thank you everyone for helping me with this.
