2018-2022 (2023 tax returns are not fileable until 2024).
And yes you should.

@fernanda08 consistently filing taxes is a proof of good moral character for the purposes of N-400. I would upload IRS tax return transcripts.

Uploading tax transcripts is recommended yes though not mandatory. Easier to submit them with the application online than delay or complicate the process by their absence

OH THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
GOOD LUCK! I HOPE ALL GOES WELL! I'm thrilled to know this. I literally had no clue I was eligible. I strangely believed I had to wait 3 years AFTER I got my Conditions removed, so you can imagine my shock! lol!

Good luck

Technically the N400 window opens 90 days prior to the 6/9 date

Add three years to your ‘resident from’ date on your GC.
Subtract exactly 90 days from that date.
You can apply at any time from that date.

I will break this up to better help you and someone else that may read this.
Yes, your residency will expire on that date and if you have not gotten a GC near to that date you can make a Infopass appt to renew the extension letter and get the stamp in your passport. You have to get the stamp before your extension letter is up.
You can apply for Naturalization with the N-400 anytime AFTER the 6/9/2018 as long as you are still married to your petitioner due to the 3 year rule, and 5 years if your divorced. You can have two petitions going at the same time such as the N-400 and the ROC, and this is actually quite a common thing to do. You just have to be in a valid status in order to apply for Naturalization, which you are in a valid status.
