You will be notified of the decision by mail. You can check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case, including when this decision is mailed. 2. And just now... I get....

On January 13, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we certified our approval of this case and sent it to the appropriate appellate body for review. They will notify you directly when they make a final decision. If you move while this case is pending, follow the instructions provided in the notice and use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283

Now I'm confused... Maybe the status will change but I'm happy it was touched

  3. rCHAN72 HOW U KNOW ABOUT THIS?? THAT THEY R NOT GONNA TOUCH OUR FILES UNTIL FEBRUARY NEXT YEAR !!!

Unless some miracle happens, based on processing times, current progress, and issues with USCIS trying to 'see what works best' by transferring cases I'm pretty confident we have a 6-8 month wait... I really hope I'm horribly wrong. However, please don't take my guess as fact, it's only my opinion and myself and my family are prepared to wait, and while waiting, if we get approved earlier than we are guessing, it's a wonderful surprise.
