Thanks, unfortunately we had to request an expedite due to extreme emergent situation / humanitarian. if i were to offer advice i would look at the facts re your case, see if you have any special circumstances. if not, make your senator aware of your case, and also drop vermont an email from time to time. VT is pretty quick though

thanks loto.....i hope so! may have another big hurdle withthe overstay but i have plenty of medical evidenc for th5. the lawyer i spoke with told me to send the reasons and evidence for it to the nvc to give them and london a heads up about it, as it could be waived or forgivven at the interview. this lawyer used to work at the uscis and usem in london too
