yeah,my SAR and acpo came back clean and no trace. ive had 3 SAR's and all came back blank since 2005 so Im fine. My waiver is for the overstay.Its got to show extreme hardship which we can prove easily.its just the delay it causes unless it gets expedited. I remember seeing that site you know, the visa one a couple months ago - when i was worried about my acpo cert - i got disq for a year for no tax or mot or insurance and though it would show up. it didnt. were you arrested for dd - i always thought you need a waiver if you'd been arrested and convicted - if not, thats a good thing though. why should they make you suffer forever!

Yes, we will, I was looking at getting humanitarian Parole with the visitor visa but time was about the same. Yes,I have a 3 yr ban for 220 day overstay.We have to file the i601 on the day of the interview.Any o/s longer than 1 year is 10 yr ban.but an i601 approved will waive the ban. The waiver has to be an explanation of extreme hardship that my wife will suffer if im not allowed to go. they dont assess it til I get to the embassy though.

no not yet. the expedite request was sent to london from the nvc on nov 3rd.we spoke to 5 operators at the nvc all bar one said it was ok to email the dr letters - we have 15 pages plus a dr letter for the mrs' nan - who shes meant to be looking after but cant right now, so hopefully london will approve.i hear conflicting things about london - some its easy some its tuff. i found it ok for...

Its i-693, my mistake, sorry. I think thats the one.they do the blood test for syphillis and then thats it. we started our visa app.in september.the wifes got a lung afflication so we got an expedite thru uscis, now going for expedite thru nvc.should hear next week if we get it or not.

Yes mate, from what i remember I was like - is that it! now they do the old cough and drop test which they didnt before. I had the chest x ray, then into a room with a lady doc - asked a bunch of questions, lay on the bed type thing and she pressed my stomach - that was it. ive gotta fill and print out the ds693 before i go too. dont forget to do that. i think its on the uscis website

Yeah Ive had one there before - when i did the k1. ive got to get organised and make sure my vaccinations are in order first - otherwise they charge a fortune there for them. I was going to drive down but last time I went down I got the train which wasnt so bad, I walked from marylebone station and it was ok, so Im probably gonna do that again. the medical lasted about 15 mins if it remember..

thanks for that mate. i really appreciate it. ive never heard of a ciu number though- so they give it you as soon as you call the rip off line? you just have to provide your details when you speak to an operator and they give it you. is it applicable just once or does that number stay with you for the duration?

i did the k1 with my ex wife a few years back so have been to the place before. its pretty painless really.
