Hope it's not going by plane...ouch. England is stormed in. You may be better hitching up a team of mules and hoofing it to London. Claudia and I continue to pray for you two and can't wait until you arrive home and we can all plan some sort of get together.

  5. Thank you to those who wished me well and for your kind messages. Im not really in the mood to talk online about the case or experience, I will do, but not while things are pending. If I havent gotten back to you personally, Im really sorry, I will do. Good luck to you all - and your wife's interview tomorrow Loto

Hi, Im new to this...was just wondering how your I 130 was processed so fast. They tell me it will be 5 months. I filed my I130 on Sept 30, 2010. Received the NAO1 and now waiting for whatever comes next. Do you have an attorney? Congrats on the interview date :) Pray everything goes good for you! :)Thanks in advance for any help.

  14. Hey guys, congratulations, im so happy for you! the embassy has said its sent me a packet which i assume will be the checklist and stuff for i864 and ds230 though we have it done already. i believe we take it to the interview when we get a date. im hoping its soon. congrats again, thats awesome!!

  15. ive lived and breathed this process for months now Wayne,so I know a little bit, thats why Im unsure if I will have to file one.for my overstay i need 1, BUT as I have medical reasons I dont know if they'll forgive it, it really is 50 50. Thats why Im getting prepared.id be gutted still but know for sure its just a delay.

  16. Drop me a line on fb mate - theres a very fine line between your fears and having nothing to worry about.my opinion- i dont think youve anything to worry about, but i totally get your concern.if i can help in anyway let me know. The worst u can get is to file an i601- under US law with dui- you are not permanently inadmissable to the US.Period.

  17. theres some real up to speed on stuff that makes you deniable and inadmissable.without that site id be worried all the time.join it, throw your fears to the forum there - you'll be appeased in no time mate im sure. the people on there have gone thru the ringer with immigration so they know their onions too

  18. the other hand you could be fine.what is she querying? you have dr's notes right? you dont have a bar from the US - i do, 2 and a bit years right now. With an immigration visa, you will be fine. if you are really worried - go to www.immigrate2us.net and post in the i601 western europe forum. ask whatevers on your mind, this of this site as The Sun and that site and The Telegraph m8

  19. Sorry to hear that mate,ok, look at it the worst case scenario-the very worst- you MAY need a waiver for your medical results. its called an i601.i can help you with that no problem.but thats the wrost case scenario, i think thats what Im going to have.from the vast research ive done a dui is not a crime of moral turpitude. you may be inadmissable cos of that- but it is waiverable and on

  20. hey wayne.im good. i hope the funeral wasnt too bad, weird thing to say i know.just found out nvc sent case on the tenth.called london today, they dont have it yet but ive emailed them and we had a letter from nvc confirming it was sent. so i just call everyday now!! lol sorted the medical error too, oh and sent off for a new uk drive license cos i need photo id for return of passport w...

look at the london consulate reviews on there mate, i think you'll walk it to be honest

  22. hope you're right Wayne, time will tell this week maybe. I was reading the embassy reviews for the visas last night - and it put me at ease a tiny bit.i know we've both been there, and are both apprehensive, but londons been getting decent reviews averageing over 4 out of 5 stars from people.have a flick thru mate, it might make you not feel as nervous. it did me some good - i think!...

  23. for sure mate, we'll keep in touch. just anxious to get going again now - had a week off waiting for things to move, now i can hassle the wife for the documents, the medical office for the right case # and the embassy for my interview date!

  24. I think you'll be fine, theres nothing they can deny you with now right. clean medical, explanation of everything on your Subject Access, which isnt a CIMT, you've not committed misrep but using the vwp to travel after a conviction - id say you're fine.
