  1. I am filling out I 864 for my parents. Of course there are 2  Seperate I - 130 for both of them. What I am confused about is Do I file 2 I 864 seperate for them or mention one as principal applicant and other as family member? (But they are not derivative)

second thing is about household size, our household size is 4 + 2 for my immigrating parents but if I am doing separate I 864, it would show 5 on each form is that correct? Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I’m a little confused, do you have two usernames or are you another poster?

Living or not living together is not a legal status. Married or divorced legally is a legal status. In my understanding you can only use separated if they are legally separated, at least this is the case on other uscis forms, is there a court order of legal separation?

Can add or remove family members via CEAC page once case at NVC. Literally, just listing this person on a form does absolutely nothing for her. Even if he was still married to her in the 15-20 years when he eventually gets a visa he could just answer “no” to the question of if spouse is immigrating and leave her behind.

I have only one username but display name is different and I signed in with gmail. Thats why its showing my name. We don’t have any court order and there is no documentation provided yet. Its not same in india as US.

  3. Hello friends

I am applying for US citizenship in Dec 2018. I live in US continuously but might need to travel to India in November or December. There’s a rule of living in same state for 3 months prior to application. Does it affect me if I travel for just one month? Its for the purpose of visit to family  in India.  I will be eligible to apply for citizenship on 12/24/2018 and If I will travel, it would be between 11/20 to 12/20 and I want to apply right after I reach back to US. So I want to make sure I dont my hurt self if it’s going to delay my application for 3 months wait due to residency in state priop to application. Thank you in advance.

    Hi guys,

    Please I have a question....

At what point can you add your child to your F2A application if the child was not added before now. Is it before NVC sends you welcome letter or at the stage of filling the DS-261 form.

    thanks for the help

  7. Hi all.

My husband is going to sponsor one of our relative. We r paying tax as married filing jointly. But other members in our home are also there, they all are working n paying their own tax seperately. Thats is parents, brother. So,household size for my husband should b 5 or 2? Do he need to take into consideration his parents n brother too? Or only he n me would b counted for our household size. We are living in a same apartment.
