Did you have an interview date? If yes when is the date? You could ask your fiancé to go to elazhar clinic in Algiers Tomorrow morning at 9 AM He can explain to them his situation. Hopefully he can have the medical examination tomorrow.

I have seen them in the past be pretty much booked for k-1 visas. They only schedule them on certain days, with so many slots. Looks like they are behind again. There are only 2 officers doing all interviews for all visas - and with the lottery winners needing to be interviewed before the next few months they may just be a bit backlogged.
I would say wait a bit, but poke at them every so often so you are sure you are on "the list". Hopefully things start moving a bit quicker at the embassy again soon!

I just received my case # from NVC. Do I have to send an email to the embassy requesting the date for the interview? Should I include the INV # or just the case #? I have no idea how to start this email, Please helppppppp!

I was looking at your timeline and noticed you had an RFE. I am currently waiting for my RFE and am curious as to the timeline there. Did you mail yours back on May 29 or did they receive it on May 29? Also if that's the date you replied and sent it back, did you mail it standard mail? Just trying to ballpark more recent CSC RFE reply to NOA2 times.

It’s not the system its you, if I was the one who handle your case I will reject your case because what you claim is a lie. I am a Muslim like you and we both know that what you are telling is completely not true. You can meet you fiancée and you don’t have to date her or take her to a hotel to spend a quality time with her in order to satisfy USCIS.

Everyone accesses information differently. Some search, some don't. I think we should continue to be helpful, even when the question seems obvious. When helping, point to links they should have found, don't answer straightaway. This may have the effect of helping those folks find stuff on their own. But the big benefit, is that those links will come up in searches more towards the top and be more helpful to those who do fend for themselves.
