you should file a complaint with post office immediately.....

After the elections, the new administration may have asked CSC to slow down and get aligned with VSC, this is my theory. I could be wrong. All we can do is sit and think of different theories.

I did ask what the normal processing time was for this form.  I was told "whatever CSC is currently stating on our website, so May 31."  I asked if it was normal for this to be taking nearly 9-months and again was told it's within their processing timeline per the website. She wouldn't give any 6-month/8-month/year guideline at all.  So, another day another wait. Anyway, that's our latest! 

I have seen the web site to get updated every day, but the main date, in this case May 31 will only be changed once a month. ( If remember correctly it's 20th every month ) so there is no need to check that funny/dummy web site every day to see if May31 is changed. It won't.

This is not a legitimate app, it's not government app.

I will stay away from it.

In the list I see that some of the biometrics were done on Oct 12th,. ... It's strange ... I am September last week filer and   my biometrics appointment was done in Oct 3rd.

It's weird!

there is no transparency, even the reps who answer the calls have no frik.in idea what is going on.

the only thing they do quick is- cashing our checks.

This process is very slow.  Right now I have made up my mind to wait and directly apply for citizenship.

Common guys , some one must be approved here from June.

Are you full time? I don't believe they can fire you under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). You should be allowed force majeure when you took your daughter to urgent care. Force majeure is taken if you have an immediate emergency to take care of a family member and you have no one else to take care of it. The best thing is to check with your employer about their policy before assuming they would fire you for taking care of your injured daughter.

i agree with the above post, if they fire you, go to a lawyer. gather lots of proof.

under FMLA act, you can win a lot of money in the court.

I sent my application via USPS priority without signature. It gets there in 2 - 3 days.

so im in a hurry to send my package..i will tomorrow

i just wanted to know what kind of USPS mail did you guys use to send your mail

will the priority or express mail that requires a signature confirmation postpone my mail delivery as the P.O.BOX does not really have a person right there to sign???

Hopefully he can find them because the replacement fees are expensive.

Someone else in that thread said CSC was still taking about 6 months.

CSC filers are supposed to get biometric appointments in 30 days, but every one in those Aug threads are fuming since they did not get the biometric appointment.

folks, not to scare any one, but i am reading all bad news in the august filers thread, it used to be 6 months, now its taking more time!!. wow
