It may be a ripple effect from DACA.  My wife and I were trying to get a K1 visa at the time, and there was a big kerfluffle about how they took processors away from K1 visas at CSC specifically to work on DACA.  Eventually they caught up, but they created a wave that has now bounced back as the K1 recipients now file for removal of conditions.

I agree with your reasoning and what is to be noted here is that they did take full fees money from all

New update, now they are currently processing July 5th 2016. So a bit better, 2 weeks per month now. So we are looking at mid November for the CSC August filers. VSC is way ahead of us, they are on August 15th now.

VSC is officially stating that they are at Aug 15th ..........but 70% of September VSC filers have been approved....so in reality they are at September October approval time frame....

On the other hand when CSC says July 5th.... They are still lagging behind in June ....

I just spoke to a tier 2 officer. She said my case has been assigned, I have about 32 days of waiting according to what she's seeing. But I can have a feedback before that. I should call back in the middle of the month to check.

    July 22nd, CSC

I hope it will be a straight approval, my husband is not about that interview life lool. He's scared he's going to mess up. I won't like it either but I'm ready. Lol

Looks like you have not updated your time line in the VJ timeline area.  ...

I just came out of the Indianapolis office, the official told me that the supervisor won't come to talk to me, even if I waited for her and that I need to send a letter to speak with one. That same lady basically told me that there were doing me a favor for giving me an i94 card that expires is 30 days from today and that I won't be given another one. She was horrible, bullying every single customer. I asked her why I couldn't just get a card for two months, since they are processing June in California, and she was like no we can't do that because you don't have a valid passport. And when I told her that the service center told me I could get this card she even said that: " they are contractors, they can't see any of your file or information. they don't know what they are doing"

IMO the best case scenario for you Is to get fired from the job because your stupid employer wanted to re verify.... make sure you have some documentation for this to prove.

Like I said above find a good attorney.... easy peazy case

Ugh.. the lady talked to the supervisor, and they only granted me one month card >.> I was planning on going to Chicago to extend my passport anyway tomorrow. it just takes a long time. If USCIS wouldn't take that long to process by case I wouldn't be asking for these stamps.

Find a good attorney specialist in wrongful termination , collect paper work.,  Sue your company.....see if you can become Rich.... Your company HR is basically shooting in their foot.....

    I 751 application received VSC 07/25/16------ NOA received 08/04/16-------- Bio Metrics Appointment 08/22/16---- Approved/Denied (00/00/0000) 1 year extension expired 07/25/17------- I-551 Stamp on passport 08/07/17

Called USCIS 08/21/17 for updates on case, officer said they have reached up to 07/18/16 cases, no updates on my case yet.

It's strange that you are a VSC July filer and not yet approved.

Tell me about it, but I have been so conservative about their speed. I have predicted that they won't touch the July filers until late October of November, but the one July CSC filer's approval last week is kind of encouraging though. I hope you are right, hopefully CSC will catch on soon and it seems to be doing so far.

I keep checking the workload transfer on USCIS website (Google that)

In January 2017 there were lots of transfers to CSC ..... but recently there have been none...

Folks, JRF from June thread was approved. He mailed out his 751 on 6/27 and categorized himself herself as a June filer, but his/her NOA date was 7/8/2016, so he really is a July filer. I believe this applicant is the first July CSC filer that was approved on VJ. Maybe it is moving faster than we think. Maybe CSC is catching on?

I'm as optimistic as you seem to be.......... let's just say by end of September CSC will meet VSC time line...

If u are a VSC filer m, than your approval can come anytime, but if you filed to CSC, then you might have 3 or more months to wait as CSC has been processing unprecedentedly slow, none of the July filers have been touched. With the 5 days a month rate, you might have to wait till October if you are a CSC filer. Good luck.

CSC just approved more applications in last 10days than it did in last 6 months....... check June thread

That is sooo NOT true and false info. I got mine 6 months before expiration. All I did was go in on the day of my appointment and told them my dog destroyed the extension letter. No further question was asked. In 15 mins I walked out with the stamped seal in my passport good till March 2018. And oh btw I still had my extension letter, I was just over it having to carry it around anytime I travel and I travel extensively. Anyways one less document to carry around....

Did they return your the expired green card after stamping passport?

I think that might be correct... crazy - some folks get all the luck! Apparently the reason might have been that their university ran an E-Verify on them just prior to approval. Could be they had to dig out the file to make sure the application for I751 had gone in, and as long as USCIS had it out, they just approved it - maybe we should all make our employers run an E-Verify on us!

are you speculating , or do you have a hard proof that e verify results in application adjudication.
i don't see that happening , because - received application- is enough for them to e verify accept

I also follow the Trackitt removing conditions thread. There is an applicant from the Philippines, her receipt is Aug 16/2016 (CSC). They had an interview on Jan the 25th (San Francisco office), and were approved on April 17th.

By the way: 9 out of 10 approvals that are being reported on the thread are from VSC

I checked trackitt too , basically CSC has stopped processing.....
